Towels were too small and didn’t have enough. Breakfast selection was meh.

Booked 2 rooms and they were nowhere near each other but it didn't specify if I could have it that way.

Accommodation for vape/smoking could be made so that you don't have to leave your room to have a smoke,maybe permitted outside designated smoking rooms,for sure should be allowed with rooms with private balcony, beds appeared to not have the linens switched out,and the floor needed to be swept and moppmo.had to unclog bath drain wich indicates they didnt clean the tub either

Everything was modern/you had all the essentials you could need .close to town and beach.

Not enough toilet paper for 3 days. Had half a roll so I had to ask for more. Had "resort" in the title but didn't have a pool..

Clean, comfortable, extra toiletries, TV, convenient location in proximity to beach, restaurants, activities, and shops.

I'd rather not have to call for fresh towels when I'm staying 5 nights. For that length of time, I think it should be just assumed I'd need 7-10. It wasn't a big deal though, and the staff was competent and courteous.

comfortable room within walking distance of the beach and downtown, reasonable price, a perfect off season getaway of beach hiking and storm watching. I would happily come back, and probably will.

It’s not much to look at (you wonder), many places needed a little paint (lots of dings or small holes), always had to wait for help (had to call first night and second person arrived at desk as we were leaving)

We noticed a waffle maker and coffee maker in the registration area but no mention was made about breakfast to us at registration nor did we see breakfast listed as an amenity when booking. It didn't really bother us but we were a little puzzled when we smelled the waffles at checkout.

We like that the few guests that night were assigned rooms far apart. It made for a quiet night of sleep.

The lobby for checkin is not manned until 4:00. Thats odd and inconvenient.

This is a fantastic property. So under the radar of the bigger resorts in Ocean Shores. The owners have done a really fabulous job remodeling each room. They are large, extremely clean and nicely furnished.

There wasn't any closet space or dressers in either room. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The coffeemaker was cheap and didn't make coffee, it was brown water.

We got the two bedroom and it was nice and private and it was on the second floor! Nice bonus! Cute furnishings, modern and clean The beds were comfy! The free breakfast was perfect, it made up for the bad coffee in the rooms. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, close to everyth

A warmer greeting upon arrival. The service people talked about personal issues for 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence.

There was a towel from the previous guest in the shower. The floor needs to be swept. I had to wipe the debris off my feet each time I got in bed. They specifically told me about breakfast when I checked in, but when I went to the breakfast area in the morning it was locked.

The room was fine for a one night stay. I liked the bed. And I liked that I seemed to be the only guest there on that particular night, so it was quiet.

At 9:30 there wasn't any food left at the breakfast..

Like the rooms they're very clean and updated the beds were super comfortable and the staff were great they helped us find some good beaches to do some beachcombing
