Good location and clean

It’s an rv so I wasn’t thinking- you need to bring certain things. We were there for a week. I had to go out and buy bath towels and wash clothes. Cups for coffee and a few other things that normally come when you rent a place. There was 2 towels but they were small and that was all. Also the one we rented didn’t have any place to sit other than a bench for the table. No chairs or couch to sit and watch tv. We weren’t inside too much so it wasn’t a deal killer. Other than that it was wonderful.

The campground were great. People were friendly and nice. The rv was clean and in a great location. Pool was awesome. And the community center was fun ( we played bingo). The gentleman who was taking care of the unit was great. He came down to the trailer and helped us with a few small set up issues. He was kind and quick when we called.

The chairs in the camper are a little wegging

We like to stay at a campsite. This one is good staying on. We did the Everglades and the Corkscrew swamp Sanctuary. This was a good place to visit both. The camper ran out of gaz. But that problem was solved very quick

The bathroom shower curtain needs to be change out. And a new blanket asap I went and got one. Mattress a lil to firm but for $99 a night can’t really complain about the bed lol

It was very comfortable, and safe. Even the guy who check us in was very helpful and nice. The RV has very thing you need in it. Just bring a towel, rag, and soap. Close to Walmart and etc places.

I couldn't get warm water; perhaps, I would need to activate it somehow. I didn't text the owner because I only stayed one night; maybe, he might help me to solve the issue. However, I will stay here for my next vacation

Good location and cleanliness. The trailer has everything you may need for your stay. Very clean and comfortable. You can park in the front of the trailer. The place is about 10 to 15 minutes from Marco Island

Trailer smelled pretty stale, but it cleared out after opening the windows and running the A/C.

The camper was nice, perfect for our family of 3. Wish I had had more time to explore the amenities.

Very little communication with the owner and lack of information about the working of the RV which was not straight forward. I think booking.com. Should let the clients know when it is a 3rd party they have to deal with and not the Manager of the park

A well equipped RV park with swimming pool,pickleball courts and many other facilities. Although crowded nice lot of greenery and the RV was well eqipped

The host was great. He helped us online with all our questions. Took us a long time to find the place, but it was worth it. Nice Lazy-day neighborhood. If you are heavyweight, it would be small for you.

we are both quite tall (especially the husband), the bed is then somewhat short.

Peaceful RV park, nice spot. Very convenient place to explore the Everglades and to a trip to Naples. we enjoyed our stay. Water pressure is good for the shower.

A mat at the door would have been handy to keep some of the dirt/sand from being tracked inside. The curtains to the bedrooms were sheer, and opaque ones for privacy would be better. The curtains in the living room/dining room/kitchen didn’t entirely cover the windows. One bedroom had curtains that didn’t allow enough privacy at night. There were no washcloths or hand towels. Most places would supply those. There was one packet of coffee, and it was open, so when the cabinet was opened, it fell all over the counter and floor. There was no broom or dustpan to sweep it up. I could see myself staying again, but would prefer these changes.

Quiet, relatively easy to find. comfortable enough and clean. Having bicycles to use was nice. A clothesline to dry towels and bathing suits came in handy! It was great to sit outside to eat at the patio table!

Slow getting in and out of the park (spot is in the back), and very loud construction right behind camper started very early in the morning.

Great location and nice rv park, it's a nice small camper, really good water pressure in shower, and plenty of room to park small car...overall a nice stay.

Hot water didn’t last through a quick shower. No cushions on the seats at the table that you sit at for watching TV.

It’s a trailer,, no lites working on bathroom, bedroom, no boiling pot for early morning hot coffee, I saw mice running around, luckily I’m not a woman, seeing mice I’ll scream, very disgusting, I wouldn’t stay in this kind anymore

There are no arrival directions. I had to call the owner 3x's to get check in information. Note: rec'd the owner's phone number from the welcome building of the RV Park, which is NOT from whom I was renting the 'caravan'. I was left waiting more than 40 mins to check into the RV. It is a small RV and feels as though you are walking on a slant. I could not find the lights to the bathroom. Additionally, there is a tiny single bed and another bigger bed where my head and feet touched the head and foot walls of the bed. It felt like I was sleeping in a cabinet. Pillows and sheets also had a plastic feeling. They were not cotton. The photos show a sweet little place but it was not in good shape and I have no idea how someone taller than 5'4 would sleep in the 'big' bed, let alone 2 people. Yikes.

The reason I booked this RV is because I needed a place to sleep close to my Mom's house. I liked the proximity to my Mom's. I will not rent here again.

Room was not cleaned properly and lots of bugs! Lack of privacy and no way to block out the sunlight in the trailer.

Unique quiet environment with Naples right around the corner. Comfortable beds and plenty of amenities.
