Check in was a very unfriendly tedious experience, huge queues to check in and unfriendly security guards, unwelcoming.

The umbrella for the beach was broke, the mini fridge was dirty, I think there was dust or mold in some corners. It looks like they need to renovate. Bathroom needs a little lift. Pool was not open when we went early April.

I loved that it was right on the water, and that there are an available grocery store downstairs on the LL. You can also rent beach equipment there too! Beds were so comfortable. I felt very safe as a single mom with a child! Everyone keeps to themselves but are happy to help. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was sooo worth it! Impeccable veiw!

The room itself looks like there was water damage that wasn’t repaired correctly. There is mold in the vents in the bathroom. There’s mold and pink colored mildew or mold throughout the unit but especially in the bathroom. Bed frames were rotted out at the bottoms. Curtains had obvious mold on them.

The view from the room was fantastic and the walk to the beach was easy.

Building needs a lot of maintenance or update. Don't rent 710 apartment. Sucks!!! Everything is falling apart,nothing is working right. A/c leaking in middle of walkway,shower very little water, not hot water in kitchen sink, then the sink leaking nonstop. Not!!!! Horrible!!! 710 shouldn't be for rent Don't rent it or it should ne much cheaper !!! So dissatisfied

Was changed from 10th floor with good view to 7th with an ok view. Room needed updating. Bathroon toilet roll holder missing. Hooks in bathroom broken off. No kitchen sink plug. Was told they would find one but didnt receive. Pillows verry soft. The whole apartments were very run down. No coffee or tea supplied. I have been in apartments before that supply coffee with coffee maker

the size of the condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Luis, the condo manager for #702 was extremely attentive when we needed something.

No restaurants or supermarkets around. This is a residential area. The waiting time for the valet to bring your car in a rush hour could be 15-20 minutes.

The place is ok if you want to spend time on a quiet beach just in front of the building or use the swimming pool. If you use public transportation, there are 3-4 different buses just in front of the building, including the free-ride trolley. The building has two convenience stores, one in the main lobby and a big one in the lower hall. The kitchen didn't have a cooktop, but you could use the electric oven to cook a simple meal or preheat something. The extra towels were very convenient.

The building/room is quite old and should be renovated in some points! The aircondition and the refrigerator are loud. We met two cockroaches in the kitchen, but I guess, this is normal for Miami and such an old building...

Unit needs update. Humidifier was super old and dirty, cleaning crew did not clean before we occupied, beds were noisy. I requested a beach front since the start off booking but non was available. Booking.com shows the room as beach front but they are really not.

The room was small and not in the best condition. There were a few broken draws and the bathroom was not so nice. But we enjoyed our stay . thankyou.

I was able to check in an hour early which was very nice.

bathroom needs some attention, wall hooks are broken off and the sink faucet is loose and detached. Although we did not have problems with the valet, I did not feel very comfortable. When we arrived we gave them our car keys, we came back down a couple hours later to get dinner and our car was still sitting in the drive unattended with the keys in it.

The room was affordable and clean, the location was good. It's a very basic room, no sofa and plastic chairs but the beds were comfortable and the room overall was clean.

There was a leak coming from the ac. I sent a message about it but got no answer. We had to keep towels on the floor throughout entire Stay. Also the faucet in the tub never turned all the way off & dripped 24/7.

It was a good location. Loved the setup with the French doors to separate space. Nice view of the water. Bar and restaurant on site and free parking was a huge plus.
