Location was great. The photo that was showed online looked nothing like the room we had. The picture showed a much bigger room with a newer/redone bathroom.

The breakfast was good. The person in charge of the breakfast place had a rude attitude with some guests. It was the only uncomfortable moment we had during our stay. I think that just because someone enters the room two times and takes two extra portions of bread or two coffees, the person is not committing any crime. Gues sometimes do not want to go to the breakfast room and want to have breakfast in their room. But the person in charge did not deign to listen to the situation. She treated the diner very rudely for having taken twice as many portions. It is an unfortunate fact for the hotel, since you receive people from many places in the world, where we are used to no one being discriminated against, much less denying food to someone who already pays for the services.

The beds are comfortable, the place near to the beach, in general the hotel is good.

The location is nice, as it is with all of their properties. It's a bonus that the front desk is open 24 hours. Most of the beach hotels around here, the front desk shuts down at 11pm at the latest.

No hooks in the bathroom for towels, nothing in the shower to set anything on, just little details that could makenthenplace a whole lot better. TV remote did not work, floors felt like they had holes in them ? for the price it was great.

Very Clean, Bed was very comfortable! A big kudos to the housekeeping that works there. The art they create with the towels was very impressive. I stay at a place up from there and the difference in the cleanliness is much better. 2 steps to the Beach !

For whatever reason the desk check in is what was slow. I mean 15 to 20 per person. Lines out the door. I was in line for close to an hour and only 3 people in front of me.

But room was much nicer than expected from outside. It was sketchy looking. But nice inside. Close to beach bars and entertainment.

I hated everything about the junk hotel. The noise was something else. I went to take exams and unfortunately did not get any sleep till morning because of noise from from those staying around. The towel was hand-washed and was not hygienic to use. Felt there was a bug in the bed because something kept bitting me and I ended up sitting on a chair till morning.

Hotel office address was different from where the actual hotel was. It was stress looking for the address they left. Called them more than 10 time for proper clarification but they never picked. Customer service was very rude and never cared how their customer will go back to the different address they gave at the middle of the night. The just gave me a map to start looking for the street and was in a hurry to take extra money from my account.

Tv did not work. Glass table had some type of powder on it and floors had sand still on floors. Many holes in walls. Patched and never painted. Key didn’t work second day because they checked us out by accident they said.

Staff house cleaner was very helpful.
