Not much of a beach area and water near the shore was brown and dirty looking

The condo was clean, beautiful, well stocked with any and all amenities you could possibly want or need. The property was well kept and safe. There was a nice pool and a jetty you could fish off. There were areas to sit by the ocean and relax or cook out, bicycles to ride , golf carts, etc

The only thing that can be improved are the beds which are not sturdy and noisy with every single move and the fact there are no curtains to darken the room. If you're sensitive to light, it may harm your sleep.

The palce is amazing, easy to reach to and get around. The house is fully equipped: kitchen has all appliances, towels, supper comfy living room. The greatest discovery was the bicycles, canues and even a sun umbrella (which saved us). The pool is warm and not crowded Highly recommend the location

Nicole was great to communicate with, made getting to the property very easy. Gated community made us feel very safe. Owner thought of a lot of the extra things that we were not able to bring such as cooler, pool noodles, beach bag. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place was amazing. :)

I liked everything, it was very well equiped, very comfy and cozy. The facilities were wonderful and my children enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool.

Elevator was a bit slow. There was some "competition" to use the tennis court. The lagoon water was very cold and we didn't care to swim there.

We were blown away by the condo when we entered. So spacious and beautiful. We got everything we needed and more! Everything was well functioning. Fantastic location too!

This was not a problem for us because we only needed 1 bedroom, but the description of the condo was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and when we got there 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom were locked and not accessible

The place looks even prettier in person, it is very spacious and well-decorated. It is fully equipped, with kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, tennis paddles, etc! We wish we could have stayed longer!

This is not a fault of the host at all . The property ; however, should have better maintenance. The sitting area across from the marina with water access to swim was disgusting. It had tons of garbage there in the water. The seagrass collects in areas sheltered so the sea grass accumulation cant be helped. This caused a horrible smell there. However, they should spend money on property Maintenace to remove the garbage that collects there. It appeared to be there for a long time.. There were tons of plastic containers, shoes, broken umbrellas etc in the water. I will not stay here again due to that issue.

Great communication with the host. Very quick stay in Key Largo for a dive trip. Clean well stocked condo , affordable condo. We unfortunately didn't have time to use the paddleboards or bikes.

Location, close to the ocean, able to fish on the jetty which my son loved., able to use kayaks and he and his friend saw manatees and dolphins. Also complete access to a lagoon for diving, many tropical fish. Nice Oceanside eating and grilling facilities.

The property was very well appointed and had the feel of a lovely holiday home rather than a holiday let. There was lots of information to help with the stay- restaurant recommendations, local attraction leaflets. The furnishings were of a lovely quality and created a lovely warm and relaxed ambience

We are familiar with the Florida Keys so when a description says “beach” we know not to expect a wide sandy beach. What was a little disappointing was that the little area in front of the set up beach area was full of trash. We know it’s a constant battle with trash coming in with the tide but it’s just not an inviting sight.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Spacious, nicely furnished, and decorated. Management is very responsive to any questions you might have. We only stayed for three nights so we didn’t use the bikes or kayaks. We also didn’t use the pool facilities, so I can’t comment on that. Oasis pool is located close to the elevator and parking spots.

Only partial view on the harbor from the terrace, but plenty of nice beach chairs everywhere along the sea side.

Well equipped as if it was our own home. Large dining room and large salon. Free to use: 2 kayaks, 2 sips, tennis court, snorkling/swimming lagoon, nice swimming pool with lots of chairs and beds. Only a few kilometers away from pennekamp state park (snorkling tours).

The only thing I didn't like is how fast people drove out on the roads I almost got killed once It's too bad they couldn't slow that down a little bit going by the busy areas

It was seamless everything was simple amenities were just awesome saltwater pool sunsets on the pier It's just endless swimming with the dolphins snorkeling at John pennekin feeding tarpon at Robbie's something spectacular to do everyday and nicole was super responsive and after hours I got responses this was super easy can't wait to come back

The elevator is very slow. Not really a spot to launch the kayak unless you count the boat ramp it but it was very dirty in that area.
