Night clerk was wearing pajamas at 6 pm.😐. Room was very clean but out of toilet paper. Sad to see the floors coming apart . Sad to see the paint on the balcony looked like someone who didn't care did it. Could use a good remodel. If you want an investor,call me.

A couple of roaches and an.army of tiny bugs along the grout lines in the bathroom. The screen to the balcony was torn and needed repair.

The light between our beds did not work the first night. (We stayed two). The internet was non-existent. The BOD rate was 1 MB/sec. It was basically no internet - really worthless for a computer. We could not use our hot-spot. We could do a bit on our phone, but even that was slow. The cook didn't show up for breakfast one day.

The lodge was right on the shoreline; every room had a window to the sea. There was only grass and sand between the lodge and the water. The dinner we selected was excellent. The View was wonderful. Nice size bathroom.

The people in the room next to me were playing loud music and yelling on the balcony. At 3am I finally had enough and called the front desk, they said they would talk to them. Nothing changed, music+yelling went on until after 4am. Clearly the asshole neighbors were the problem, but the fact that the hotel did absolutely nothing about it was super annoying. Oh and the WiFi didn’t work until about 11pm. Good view is the only thing that could bring me back.

Staff was polite when checking in. The location is insane. Great views, perfect sunsets. All at decent prices.

The hotel is run down, no service for the rooms over the 3 nights we were there. Bar was poorly stocked and the general building was not clean or well maintained.

No towels at the pool. The room was not touched during our stay. No one told us that you had to request maid service. The bed was hard as a rock.

I was on the third floor in the hallways were done in brick, so I heard everybody coming and going everything echoed through the hallways into my room around midnight. Some kids were running up and down the hall. One of them tried my doorhandle. I tried to call the front desk but my phone wasn’t working in the room so I had to use my cell phone the next day. I went down to the front desk to make sure that they put down that the phone doesn’t work in there and they never put the remarks in there. The lady in the morning said she did. .

The advertising for breakfast and the “bar” was a little misleading. The bar was just a snack grab by the front desk. Breakfast was called off one morning because they “were out of clean dishes”. Didn’t care that much but kinda weird. Sauna was on a timed heat up and not ready to use. Making it unusable for anyone that doesn’t have all day.

Not enough towels, not enough staff, pool was not open when expected because it needed cleaned (not enough staff?? Poor planning???). There was not a decent blanket for the futon in the family suite. The one we were given (said to be their last one) would have been best used for a pet. The elevator broke, our keys were not set up to be for the full length of our stay. I don't know how many times I had to go to the front desk for things, but it was more than I would have liked for the money we paid. The TV was also poor quality the color kept going on and out.

The rooms we were put in were being remodeled, and so there was pounding and construction going on well after dark. The flooring was splintered and dangerous.( yes I have pictures)The door jam to the bathroom was falling out of the drywall and threatened falling on your head when you opened the door. The hallway to the rooms was full of old carpet, padding, and broken splintered furniture, causing us to literally tiptoe over the hazards to get our luggage into the room. I contacted the hotel multiple times but have been ignored about my complaints. I imagine this would be a very comfortable stay had it not been under construction. I feel we need our money back or at least a free stay in the future.

The thing I hated though was that the connecting door/wall to the next room seemed like it was made out of paper. I heard everything from the neighbors and was woken up extremely early from their music. And they weren't being loud or annoying, you could just hear everything like they were in the same room. And although the guy that checked me in was very nice, he made too many jokes about over charging for this or that, took too long checking me in because he kept talking about random things and just overall seemed like he had had way too many energy drinks.

I got the balcony ocean view room and it was nice and comfortable but the view was amazing.

The sheets in my room had hair on them. The rooms were very outdated as well. TV was a late 90's to early 2000's TV
