I liked how nice the staff was. They provided utensils,cups, etc in the kitchenette. It was pretty clean for the price. The beds were very comfortable and I loved how close we was to the beach.

Make sure that if you leave your room and close the door, you have the room key. We were not able to open the door from the outside without the key.  There were disposable coffee cups, but no coffee or coffee filters. The oven worked well. We never used the stove top. I'm glad we didn't; none of the eyes were plugged in. The bathroom was clean. There were hand towels, wash rags, and only 2 bath towels supplied. With 6 people in our party, I had to call the front desk to request more bath towels. I had to continue to do this the rest of our stay. There was one additional roll of toilet paper, a small bar of soap, and a tube of shampoo supplied. We brought our own shampoo and soap, so that was not an issue for us. There was maintenance being done to the sewer pump area located on the side of the building. It was very loud but only one day during our stay.  The smell was pretty stout this day also. Bring a fly swat if you sit on the balcony. People let their dogs do their business in the grass behind the hotel and fail to pick it up. Sitting on our balcony was frustrating dealing with flies. Do not go barefoot in the room. The carpet holds a lot of dirt. You will end up with black bottomed feet.

For our budget, we couldn't pass it up. We had 6 people in our party. We had a clean ocean front room with a small kitchen. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils,1 fork, 2 spoons, 4 butter knives, can opener,  plates, saucers, cups, coffee cups, bowls, a pizza pan, saute pan, stock pot, sauce pan, toaster, and a coffee maker. A small bottle of dish detergent was provided. The staff were friendly. We were able to check in at 2:30. If you have dogs and book through a 3rd party company, make sure you tell the front desk you have dogs. This will not show on the hotels info. There are signs on the counter that if you do not let them know this, they can evict you with no refund. For us, two dogs (one was a service dog) for 4 nights cost us an additional $190. You can message the property to confirm the rate. There is a $100 CASH deposit due at check-in for each room reserved. This is to be refunded to you at checkout. As long as you provide the front desk with your keys at checkout and there is no damage to your room, the deposit will be refunded The TVs in our room had HDMI connections. If you wanted to hook up your computer or gaming system, you could. The selections on TV are not that great, in my opinion.

Great location, staff were super nice. Check in was fast

Check in and staff amazing. The room was not. Bathroom dirty old toothbrush left on counter, dirty q tips on dresser. Stove did not work. No TV in 2nd room. This was a 2 room suite 3 beds to rooms but only one tv in the single bedroom. Comforter on one bed was on wrong side made me wonder if it was clean or just flipped over. So much weed smell your room smelt horrible. Probably want stay here again. This locations sister properties are Ocean Plaza and Polynesian. Polynesian is basically the same we've stayed there for over 15 yrs but it's got so bad we tried somewhere new. .

There was an unexpected cash deposit upon arrival for $100 for every person under 25. We got a room for six people so you could imagine the deposit thankfully after speaking to the manager, we work something out. but the room was not cleaned pretty poperly. Children were screaming at all hours of the night running around the property. Yet, they seemed very strict with their rules to us. maybe we were the wrong kind of guest.

The room was not very clean, I always clean my rooms when I check in anyway so I let it slide. I did notice the next morning there was a few baby roaches in the bathroom, but my niece woke up with bites all over her which once we took her to the doctor they confirmed it was bed bugs. We have had to have our house and all sprayed as a precaution. I used to rent here before, but I will not be renting here again.

No microwave, dog feces in room, had to have cash deposit. Cost me over 5 dollars to get cash out of ATM. Left a day early and couldn't get cash deposit back. Missing light bulbs in lamps.

The room did NOT match the photos in the listing. We couldn't walk in the room with our shoes off or the bottoms of our feet would be black. The carpet was so old and dirty that it was hard. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs. The "furnished" kitchen was missing a microwave and silverware. The staff were okay but, honestly, not very welcoming or friendly. Parking was a nightmare... had to park across the street and then the elevator was not working. So we had to lug our toddler and all of our luggage across the road then up a flight of stairs.

The location is great, right off of the beach!
