The master bedroom bed was okay somewhat bouncy but clean.

We always try to stay at the Oceania when we come to NSB. Great spot and love the condos and walk right out to the beach. It was clean and stocked with essentials.

outdated apartment, 2 stove burners didn’t work, TV remote doesn’t work well event after putting new batteries. no access to wifi when arrive, account info not available in the room. no bottle water available.

Not a dislike just a note that our bedroom door hinge was broken, and door couldn't close. Not a big deal.

My only real complaint was the temperature.. really more the lack of air circulation. Was very hot sleeping especially since we couldn't turn temp down past 73.. As much as I loved the property and thought the price was fair, that might be a deal breaker. Even just ceiling fans in the bedrooms for sleeping would've made a big difference, or a fan in the bedroom corner or mounted to a wall.

the location for the price was great. Was exactly as described and pictured. Overall comfortable and so convenient. Would most likely recommend to others. There were a LOT of fees added on but I saw those before I booked and it was still reasonable for what I got.

Non upgraded kitchen, rusty hinges in bathrooms, tv turns off every time you try to turn the volume up or down- then won't turn back on for at least 3-4 minutes

Location couldn’t be better, with easy access to both Flagler Ave and the beach, as well as gorgeous ocean views from floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. The kitchen has anything you need, including an ice machine and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have full baths attached, which is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Door code was incredibly long and complicated. We were not allowed to access the unit for early check in even though the unit was clean and unoccupied. This meant we couldn't access the pool or anything as the key to pool was in the unit. Mattresses were horrible and pillows were hard. Incredibly uncomfortable. No counter space in bathrooms or second bedroom. No room to put luggage in second bedroom. Master shower so small could not even shave legs or bend down. Can not imagine if a large man was trying to shower in it. We were not allowed to put the AC below 73 with all kinds of threats if we did. This is unacceptable. Will never stay in this unit again.

It was the incorrect unit. the one we got was meant for two couples. It was dirty and in disrepair. For a unit that was meant for two couples, we got three chairs on the balcony. The queen mattress was old lumpy and con-caved. Coffee pot was broken but at least that was replaced. Too many other things to list.

We really liked the location and the view. Everyone was polite and respectful of our privacy. Restaurants and Shopping was all close. One of the Best parts was how Nice and Quiet and Loved how the town seem to shut down early in the evening.

$300 Service fees. but I got no services. and booking.com did all the booking. total of $900 in fees, that makes this property quite expensive.

Wrong key code. Couldn't get in. Everything old, tired, and dirty. Smelled like an ashtray and the clothes I hung up still smell a week later. Rude, rude staff. Towels like the ones I keep in the garage to wash my car. Had to wash everything in the kitchen before using. No coffee? Not even a welcome packet? And finally - a list of check out duties including dishes, laundry, and trash. After paying a cleaning fee? Ridiculous.

The beach was beautiful.
