The only thing I wished would be different is the amount of towels we were given to shower with. I brought my own pool towels. I just thought it was crazy they didnt do lien exchange and supply you with the right amount of towels for the guest in the room.

The dryer when you used it made nosies, the carpet was ripped in spots the bedroom its self was small.

We love ocean one this is our third time staying my girls love the view and they get their own room. It's always clean and we feel safe staying there compared to others on the boulevard

The rooms were a bit run down. Paint pealing above our shower in our bathroom. A cabinet door fell off its hinges but I repaired. The walls could use some painting and some attention.

The set up was nice. Bed was comfortable and the suite had a little kitchen which was very helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was very nice.

Key cards stopped working almost daily. Spa tub not working but they were prompt to fix. Stove had issues. They expected us to wash our own towels. Cleaning fee high

The suit could use repairing and repairing. The floor boards and molding were warn.

The property was beautiful the pools and beach access was awesome. The suit needed to be updated but it was comfortable for sure! Next time we will stay for the week.

When we got there we had to wait a hour to get checked in there was only one person at the desk and a line out the door ! When we arrived there were no carts to put our things or when we left ! One of the elevators was broken which it took 20 minutes to even get on one ! I ended up carrying all of our belongings up and downs the stairs with a 3 year old ! I was not a happy camper

Stove wasn’t working properly. One of the mattress was a little dirty. Holes in the walls. Laundry door knob was off. Carpets had burnt spots in it.

Some of the furniture and walls are not in good condition. Lots of scuffing on walls and couches were somewhat torn. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned prior to our stay.

Lack of toiletries, bed frames were broken and repaired by a rock for leveling and one foot of bed was taped with electrical tape and wooden block. Dryer handle was an actual zip tie, entry door closure was not attached to the wall and did not shut on its own, keycards had to be reprogrammed several times amongst family.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable, they felt very hard and not soft like I would have preferred but they were doable, it didn’t ruin the value of the hotel too much nor hinder our enjoyment. Everything else for the most part was great!

I liked the affordability of this hotel, for two nights I only payed around $250, which was nice! I also liked the indoor pool, it wasn’t freezing outside, but the wind made it a bit more cool, and the indoor pool was nice and warm and very enjoyable, I also like that the pool didn’t close until 11, we went swimming around 7:30ish and stayed in until about 10 or so. I loved the jetted tub that was in the room we picked out! Altogether, it was a nice and pleasant hotel for a good price and for being on the ocean as well, love the oceanfront rooms & waking up to the sun rising and the sounds of the waves.

One of the eyes on the stove was burnt out The dryer squeaked and the ice maker you couldn't cut it off.
