The sewage had not been pumped out for over a week. Apparently, what they use to do this with was broken. The stench coming from the stool was horrible. I had trouble sleeping it was so bad. The next day they threw some deoderizers in the stool. It helped a bit. In my opinion, this room should not have been rented. The girl at the desk said she was not aware of the problem. I arrived about 5 minutes before the office closed. The girl was not happy. She sternly told the other worker to lock the door. There were a lot of papers to fill out. I asked her if she wanted me to come back the next day to fill them out and she accepted my offer. She was a bit nicer after that. The houseboat could use a little repair on the inside walls and ceiling. There were other houseboats on the property that looked much better. I would maybe stay again in a different houseboat. Other guests seemed quite happy.

It was kind of neat staying in a houseboat. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator. Loved the little outside deck with table and chairs. We watched our neighbor catch a pretty nice fish of their deck. Just steps away from a beautiful sunrise. Key deer roamed the property.

No coffee in the rooms. Coffee maker - but no coffee. A basic expectation of over night accommodations. Especially when there is no place on property or nearby to purchase coffee.

There is no onsite laundry. And oddly no closet.

They are building new offices and what appears to be a pretty amazing tiki bar just off the bride to No Name Key overlooking the channel. Once it opens it won't be as quiet--but it will have an amazing view! We rented a tandem kayak onsite and crossed the channel to No Name Key and went through the amazing mangrove tunnel and kayaked in the lagoon on the other side. We saw a bald eagle! We stayed in one of the newer duplexes and it was nice. Each unit had two chairs and a small table on the deck and a picnic table underneath the unit.

toilet didn’t properly seal so it smelled, maintenance did come and tell us we needed to do better keeping water in the bowl but it would slowly drain and then be an issue again Pillows were paper thin. (Although a friend had another house boat and theirs were fine but all of ours were terrible) The crooked two pictures they had in the room was comical If you want to rent a boat beware the nicest boat on the property (the only one that I would trust) is over double the price of anything listed when they tell you about the boats and all of the pricing sheets. Probably because it’s new but the list should be reprinted. Overall very fixable things and our fun out weighed any issues.

I didn't like the $100 cleaning fee. We only stayed 3 nights. There was just me and my teenage granddaughter. No dogs with us.

It was a fun experience, being on a houseboat. The TV reception and channels were excellent, so was the wifi. The location was good, not too far from anything and close to a grocery store! Robin and Arianna in the office were very nice and helpful. It was nice sitting on the boat, drinking coffee. It is also cool to be the captain of your own boat! I would love to stay again, and recommend it for a change from a hotel. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, bu t be careful, it really gets hot! The futon was surprisingly comfortable. And be prepared, if you haven't been on a boat to get sea legs!! I don't have any pictures downloaded.

Having the parking spaces intended for guests mapped out so you could see where the proper spot would be to park. It's a busy little marina, so you want to stay out of the way of the activity. And it was difficult to decide where we were supposed to park as nothing appeared to be marked as such, so we parked wrong.

We enjoyed being on the water with gorgeous sunrise views. Really, really enjoyed the pool & being able to watch Key Deer meandering thru the mangroves on the property. We saw a few beautiful green iguanas; my grandson, Jeremiah, would've loved to catch one. Fortunately, they were MUCH faster. Would stay here again.

well stocked with necessities. staff very accommodating. clean floor and bathroom. all appliances working well. just steps from the water. some bait available for fishing and no name bridge is 100 yards away. a/c and fans worked well. Key Deer come to the door almost.
