There were leftovers left in the fridge and someone’s soap in the shower. Other than that, very clean.

My heater didn’t work and just blew cold air, but staff was very accommodating and gave me a heater for the room. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Smelled gross, not too clean , bed sheets were dirty and the mattresses were hard. Hard to sleep

Just not very clean, outdated, definitely saw a few bugs. I grew up camping and I'm not very particular about hotels as long as they have beds but my wife and kids were horrified LOL

I mean honestly it wasn't bad for the price. But if you have any bougie in you or are picky about hotel cleanliness and overall quality it may not be the place for you LOL. I will say the girl at the front desk was very friendly and polite

The socks got really dirty from the floor (carpet). No seating area for breakfast.

Breakfast available (Bagels, cream cheese, cereals, coffee). Bench in the room was good for seating at a table for 4. Everything else like expected.

room seemed to be clean but linens were old and worn out, sheet had a cigarette burn hole in it, pillows were very hard and flat, light in bathroom was dim and no bathroom fan, the outside door appeared to have been pryed open several times, stains on ceilings, in desperate need of a makeover

Next door .people didn't sleep talking too loud..thru 4am the 2 ND night was there..the bathroom floor was weet..towels floor was dirty and .alot man hair.in washer top...everything else was 👍

The place wreaked of Marijuana and caused congestion and breathing issues amongst our family. When I stepped out in the hall someone was trying to cover it up with air freshner. There's no smoking signs but clearly the owners/manager there is smoking in the facility. We also thought there would be breakfast but there was none.

Staff was nice and good location. Room seemed pretty clean for being severely outdated, except for the sticky bathroom floor and Marijuana smell.

I thought price of room was high for this place. Motel is SMOKE FREE but as soon as I opened door it smelled like a smokers room covered up with a lot of air freshener spray. I was going to ask for a room change but I let it slide. BUT can’t blame that on management. There will always be lazy smokers who WILL NOT smoke outside. No breakfast as it was advertised. NO COFFEE machine in room or anywhere. Wi fi sucked at times. A/C Worked good but after putting it on 61 degrees when I went out for the day and when I got back the room was not that cooled down . ???? Could use some T.L.C. knob gone to turn on bathroom fan and heat lamp. Toilet was like sitting on a little pot. ( definitely needs the newer high elongated toilets ) Rugs need to be taken out like most motels are doing these days. Fridge freezer needed to be defrosted. Built up of ice. Pillows were very flat. BUT CLEAN Very tiny bars of soap. Need rounded shower curtain rods. Some water stains on ceiling. One electrical outlet needs replacement, very loose where plug is just hanging. “ could not use that one “ Room was clean but DID NOT HAVE THAT POLISHED LOOK. You can tell fixtures and surfaces were not wiped or dusted on a regular basis. Talked to the guy who had room next to me and he said he was not happy with his room. * I just can’t figure out why many of these motels EVERYWHERE I go do not like to take a little of their money and fix these sometimes small problems. Many of these motels have been around for decades and yet they have the same tiny toilets , rugs,and sometimes rusty worn fixtures, WHY ARE THEY NOT UPDATING A ROOM AT A TIME. It’s not like they are not seeing these issues. News Flash. If they Motel owners put some TLC into a room and a keep a decent room rate “ PEOPLE WILL KEEP COMING BACK.”

Location. Very nice guy checking us in. SMALL FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE IN ROOM. Sheets and pillow cases were very clean. Great ice machine. Lots of T.V. Stations. Really hot water. Good parking .

Showering was hard because the shower curtain hung inside the tub. a curved curtain rod would be nice

hmm, where do I start?!! I read many reviews before booking this place and they all were pretty positive.....welllll, let me give you real 411 on this place----the ENTIRE place smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke, especially the room I was given & it was supposed to be NON SMOKING, along with the entire place.....that's obviously a lie! When you are a non smoker, it makes you sick to have to smell cigarette smoke the entire time!! So, I truly question the cleanliness of the place! Also, it is sooooo outdated & really needs an overhaul. As for the "free breakfast", the staff puts it out when they are good & ready & nothing is wrapped/sealed and it was just bread and some bagels and open cereal--NOT sanitary at all! The "free" wi-fi would not connect, I kept getting an IP error message. I was awakened both nights (after 3 am)from very rude, noisy people staying there!! As for check out being up to 11:00, when my husband went to get some ice, the older man (rudely) asked if he was checking out and wanted the key--this was before 9 am....my husband told him I was getting ready and still in the room!! I got ready quickly and took my key to office---he took the key and never said "thank you" or anything....So, when you read all these reviews stating how clean the place is, non-smoking, free wi-fi, free breakfast, nice staff.....DON'T FALL FOR IT...I did and was VERY disappointed! It's sad because Lancaster is such a nice, tourist area and to have had such a bad experience at a hotel, really ruins a trip!
