They provided a baby bed but it didn't have a mattress, which was the equivalent of putting baby on the floor. We ended up having to find a different solution and it took three days of repeated asking for them to remove the unusable one. Housekeeping was also "by request" every day, which was frustrating because it was something to keep track of and you had to go to reception to request it. One day, the fire alarm started going off. It was crazy loud and we have a baby so we left and forgot to ask for the housekeeping so nothing was done. Would have been nice if someone had called and checked in due to the extenuating circumstance. Tigertail beach was about a 10 minute drive, which wasn't bad because there was parking there. For other beaches, you have to get very lucky to be able to park. The first night we used the hot tub, which was very nice. When we went back the second night, it was open but the lights inside were all turned off so it wasn't usable. We called about it and were told that it closes at sunset, even though we had used it the night before, there was "nothing to be done." This was a shame because it was communicated that at check-in that it would be open and we even extended our stay partially because we were looking forward to relaxing a bit after putting the baby to sleep but by the time we got her down, it was already closed.

The apartment was very beautifully decorated and spacious. The setup was perfect for us. Beds were comfy and the screened terrace was a bonus. The kitchen was also great. The beach towels and chairs were also a very convenient plus. Geneva was wonderful do deal with, very helpful and kind. It was also nice that some restaurants were in walking distance.

Paying for a sea view is a con. The hotel isn't close to the water. All this means is that they put you on a high floor where, way off in the distance, you can see a smudge of blue water.

Rooms are big and very pleasant, lots of space, good facilities, nice balcony.

Quiet…even though they had music playing outside down the hall from 304 you really couldn’t hear it to be bothersome.

The view was not what I was told it was supposed to have an ocean view .

The suite was nice,but the description said it came with a hot tub. It didn’t come with a hot tub. The food was excellent and the entertainment was great.

The location of Olde Marco Inn it's perfect!!! Very clean, quiet, the girl from the office was super nice and the place is not far from everything, like beaches, restaurants, bars. We rented a golf cart to move around and not only that was funny but so much easy than driving our car, you can enjoy more. I definitely recommend this place! 💯

The pool is small but again meant our needs for the little bit of time we spent at the pool.

Love the spacious family room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bath unit. The kitchenette meant our needs as well. Although is it not located on the beach it was little effort to drive to the beach (TigerTail Beach) for the day. The extra bonus was that we were in walking distance to Snook Inn!! Other bars, shops & cafes right on campus as well - excellent location!

Perfect for two couples. It lacked personal touches like card games (we left a few) some literature with info about the area, good restaurants, activities. The kitchen was limited on utensils for cooking and other items like coozies etc. They offered beach chairs but no cooler or umbrella to use at the beach. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

The stairway lights are really bright, so if you have a room by the staircase, the first bedroom is very bright at night regardless of how you put the shade

There was so much to do - from restaurants, shops, and live music every night/ bar, it was perfect ! The pool was great, but it could be opened up a little more for extra seating. It was walking distant to another restaurant/ bar with music as well right off the water, and the marina was walking distant for other rentals. Great location 👌 they also have a laundry facility, but it's coin-operated
