Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sound proofing is not very good. I could hear my neighbor's TV and music quite clearly until the very early hours of the morning. No decaf coffee at breakfast or in the room.
Staff was helpful with requests. The breakfast was good and well-organized. The room was adequate.

- We were in "Access" room and the shower flooded. We had to put towels to prevent further flooding. There was a design flaw. Half a wall by the shower head or different tilt for quicker drainage or longer shower curtain or something would have prevented the issue. - When we checked in, there was a string of a long hair stuck on the lamp shade, and coffee grind (?) by bathroom sink. When room was serviced, wet towels on the bathroom floor were not removed and replaced with dry one. (Had to leave this specific request on a note for this to be done in the following day)

There was some significant deterioration of the door frame in the bathroom. It was quite gross to look at. I did take a picture and share it at the front desk before leaving. I have trouble believeing that anyone could clean the room, and not notice this. The toilet paper roll cover also looked unclean, maybe needs polished or replaced. Hopefully, showing the picture will get that door frame fixed. Room 104

The property was nice. The continental breakfast was very good. We loved that there was hot food options as well as 4 different types of cereal, yogurt & muffins. The rooms were clean and comfortable but walking space around beds and table a bit tight. It didn’t bother us, but was somewhat small for all the furniture. The pool area was the problem. There was garbage under the chairs. We had to go ask for towels every time we went in. (Which the staff took care of right away) The dirty towel bin was always full. That could have been because there were so many people using it, but it didn’t look like any staff had been in to check around for a day or two. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

Price was a little spendy for what were you supposed to be in Wyndham rewards and all of that we're not used to paying quite so high

The trees surrounding the parking lot made it quite dark in the mornings and early evening

My room was not thoroughly cleaned. I travel with my dog and she kept finding things on the floor I had to take out of her mouth. I was too slow to stop her from eating the Fruitloops she found. The pillows are to small and have a weird fill.

ust needed a temporary place while we waited for power to be restored- very clean place and good front desk staff - our only complaint is the smell of the cleaning products - overpowering in the hallway and in the room - just too much.

The side door was hard to open and when it shut it was loud like some one slammed it shut. Being in room 100 right next to it was very annoying especially at 2 a.m. The jets on the hot tub were not working very disappointing especially after a long day trekking around.
Amazing staff!! Great breakfast!! Dog friendly!!

The staff was very unprofessional. Whole time I’m trying to check in the receptionist is chatting with her friend on the phone via AirPods. Other receptionist was painting her nails and the whole place stunk of polish.

There wasn't a smart TV in the room. (No big deal) It would have been nice to have a smart TV so we could have streamed movies on Hulu.

We stay here a few times a year and it's starting to look a bit dated. Time for a refresh!
The location is easily accessible and remarkably quiet, despite being so close to the freeway. The facility is spotless and the breakfast was yummy! Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and professional.
