The place is in serious need of a total renovation. It is “tired” and completely out of date.

The rooms I had booked both had a smell to them. One a musty smell and the other was a very strong sugary smell. No amount of air freshener was able to get it out. The shower drain needed to be cleaned. The water did not want to go down the drain at all. Overall the place needs an update.

Staff was amazing and was there and available for anything you needed. Beds were comfortable. The location was great.

Room had a weird smell to it our entire stay. Like clothes left in a moldy dresser? It was hard to place the scent but it was unpleasant all the same. The elevator felt incredibly unsafe. The girl at the front desk was not very pleasant and smoked right in front of the automatic doors which blew smoke into the lobby. The attached restaurant did serve breakfast which was roughly the same as what the army used to feed us in the field. Carpets throughout the building were stained and had cigarette holes in them.

This Hotel is in a great spot but needs some serious upgrading and remodeling. Very old. Bed was terribly hard. My husband and I were not comfortable. Also did not have hot water but hotel did refund for that inconvenience. Staff very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was not good. But overall I would stay there again. Once Hotel is updated and remodeled think it would be a great place to stay.

Location was great. Very close to Mohegan Sun casino and many other stores and restaurants.

Ice maker was broken on the 2nd floor and so was one of the elevators. When we checked in the manager said if they detected smoking from cigarettes, etc. we could be fined up to $200. The next time I saw him he was puffing away albeit outside.

I liked the free breakfast and the main server was very nice and polite.

The front desk woman was rude and gave off a bad attitude. Upon check out we had a very nice young man, dark haired, pleasant. He turned the situation around.

It smells like cigarettes. And the heat don’t work they had plus in heaters and they were the antique ones. You can also hear everything that happens around the hall .

The lady at the front was not friendly. Seemed mad! She didn’t even tell us how or which way to get to the elevator or entrance to get to our room! Elevator was rickety and seemed bit scary

The entire facility was in various stages of disrepair, Ice machines not functioning, many light fixtures in halls were fluttering and several showing just bare bulbs, pool water green and filthy, workout room filthy with fluttering florescence lights and non working treadmill, hot tub closed, quest rooms very dated, embedded dirt in carpeting, metal surfaces in room spotted with rust, HVAC unit rusted and dirty,. wallpaper pealing off in guest room,, 3 of the 4 staff members were curt and uninterested in helping,. I feel tricked because the hotel did not match the hotel and amenities depicted on the website.

Most of the public facilities were not in working order. Hallways were freezing, ice machine broken, ATM out of order, no coffee provided in lobby, pool was dirty and freezing

The pictures online are a little deceptive. They obviously used great lighting and perfect angels. It was an aged facility in need of a makeover. The nicest part of the hotel was the lobby which seems to have been renovated recently.

The location of the property was convenient. Close to the interstate and easy to find.

Coffee maker was broken, flies and bugs were flying in the room. None of the vending machines had food or worked. There was some water damage at the end of the first floor.
