The pool was wonderful and the staff were nice and friendly. It was a good location for what we needed. I liked that I could text the valet to bring our car around.

I told myself, well it’s Richmond so I begrudgingly let it slide. But the $10-$15 they wanted a DAY for WiFi blew my mind. I have never had to pay for WiFi at cheaper hotels and even motels. I also wished they had a continental breakfast, but it was the WiFi charge that bothered me the most. On top of what we paid to stay there, I couldn’t believe they would nickel and dime you so badly. The room was nice but very small and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well. Next time I will choose another location.

Swanky and fabulous, the Omni is perfectly located next to the Tobacco Company, as well as offering its own fun Porch for breakfast and lunch, a small gym, and a pool with a rooftop patio. So cool, upscale, and lovely staff. Parking under the hotel rounds out the perfect experience.

However, the drink vouchers provided at check in did make up for the price shock when we received our tab for 2 shots and a beer totalling $90!
This hotel was more than expected and the rate is absolutely affordable. I felt like royalty the entire stay. The accomodations, staff and locale are the best by far I have experienced in Richmond. I love that we were provided a choice of floors as well.

Great location, friendly staff, large room, comfortable beds and pillows.
