No warm breakfast. I seen a pic advertising eggs and bacon. There was not any warm food unless you wanted to warm up refrigerated pancakes in the microwave. Otherwise they had cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice and maybe a couple fruits.

The room was clean, nice cold A/C, everything worked, no clogged drains, excellent water pressure, supplied enough towels, washcloths, etc…they have some of the comfiest beds that I have slept on. I would compare the bed to a 5 star resorts bed.

There was a juice dispenser but never any juice. No black tea. The room was quite damp feeling, otherwise comfortable. The TV was weird! I had to stand on a bench to reach it way on top of the closet. The remote wouldn't properly work to change channels or turn on & off. I've never seen a TV that high on top of a closet.

Easy to find. close to downtown. convenient to West Salem and La Crosse. Husband liked the waffles, pancakes, and French toast choices.

Couldn't get the temperature comfortable, but just had it set to fan on to stay comfortable. The shower worked, but the tub was running the whole time. All minor, overall satisfied.

Facilities were great, staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The light fixture in the bathroom was just hanging of the ceiling(picture shown). was scared it was going to fall and hit one of my family's head. Called front desk but no one answered. The black mark in bathroom needs to be fixed(picture shown) hurts feet in shower. The queen bed was so hard, didnt get much sleep.

Breakfast was good. Somethings need fixed but we will return.

Had never stayed at a Microtel before so was surprised at the compact room size but it met my needs for an overnight stay.

Location was great off I-90. Breakfast was ok.

Extremely small room, old facilities, continental breakfast was far from it. No warm food, juice machine didn't even work and the cost was $275 for one night! I will never go back for that price. And the mirrors everywhere especially behind the bed creeped me out i felt like I was being watched

I had to have surgery on May 2nd and while I live within 50 miles of La Crosse, I wanted to be near my medical provider since I was put under anesthesia, I wanted to be within ten minutes of a medical facility in case of an issue. My daughter stayed with me, helping with drops and as a nursing assistant, she knew what to watch for. We requested a first floor room and the desk clerk apologized for not having one available, but 3rd floor with an elevator was very nice! I slept well, enjoyed the room and everyone was wonderful! I did stay at another hotel that was not a smooth visit and will be telling anyone who asks where to stay in La Crosse, which will be this hotel. Price is not a factor when you are requiring day surgery, you want a stress-free visit...I will be having another surgery in two to three months and I plan on Microtel Inn.
