We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe shower curtain rod felt like it was going to fall out of the wall. I chose not to shower in fear that if it did fall, I would be charged for damages. I spoke to the person at the desk, he told me he was aware of the issues with the room. Also, the fridge didn't work, and the counter tops of the night stands were not attached to their bases. I re-centred them, again in worry of being billed for damages.
The room was clean, slightly updated. The bed was comfortable. Lots of TV channels to choose from for a relaxing night.

United States of AmericaWoke up in the morning and while standing at the sink I moved a box of tissue and a roach ran across the counter. We immediately got dress and left the room with our belongings. I stopped in the office to tell the receptionist and his reaction was a simple thank you.

United States of AmericaWhen we got there, the room smell like puke and he was supposed to have a king-size bed. It was smaller than a full size a really good size bathroom, but when I went into the bathtub, there was a slip mat and I pulled it up and there was a big hole in the bottom of the tub about the size of a basketball and it smell like rotten eggs. I really wish I had took a picture it was the worst place I have ever stayed!!!

United States of AmericaThe only thing that I will say about the property is the AC felt like it wasn’t pulling out enough heat or air, but we were able to manage.
This property was very well taken care of, and it all of the furniture as well as the linen are exceptionally clean. We never had a single issue at this place, and we did booked us exact same hotel last year in March and it was also very well kept that time as well. We’ve had so many bad experiences in other cities as far as hotels go, but we know that we can always come here when we want to travel to Knoxville because they are exceptional.

I booked a room online while traveling, however, it was a handicapped room (split into two rooms) Owner let me check out another room that was not deemed handicapped accessible. I chose it because the layout was better/bigger, and I didn't need the handicapped shower for only $7 more. Well worth the change.

Room appeared clean but furniture in room need replacing! Room was not inviting or give you a comfortable feeling that it was clean. Tip jar in the room for cleaning personnel???
