We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and that it had big shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in the shower!. The open area of the lobby with a big TV and lounge chairs were a very nice touch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

United States of AmericaI didn't like the tv remote it seemed to not work very well even with new batteries. There we no extra blankets in the room with it having a sleeper sofa in it.
The location was good. The height of the bed was perfect since I am so short didn't have to climb up in the bed. The room was pretty quiet didn't hear anything from other rooms.

As a fan of Marriott brand, this one was a little disappointing. In my opinion, Coffee cafe should at least be open throughout checkout at 11. Stayed here because of an event in the hotel. The event space was nice.

United States of Americawe had a real fire. smoke alarm went off twice. the first time it was turned off, second time it stayed going so we figured it was time to go. I expected a massive call to the telephone for this or intercom announcement. there was two men in a wheelchair and my husband and another lady stayed behind to help them and they ended up taking the service elevator. we were charged 5$ a day for parking, in my life have I paid parking when leaving my vehicle at the property where I am staying. there should be complimentary water instead of charging a ridiculous 8$ a bottle or just don’t leave any at all! sofa bed is beautiful, but when used as a bed it’s very uncomfortable. middle steal bar literally comes through the 6 inch pad it has. no extra covers or blankets are available nor were they offered at the front desk when we checked in. we got in at midnight and when we called we had to go back to the front seat to pick up the blankets so we just did not take the offer. for what we paid for one night, we thought we would have a continental breakfast, well to our surprise, we had to pay for coffee and to have a small bite to eat. hotel is really nice, but it lacked all this for us. we travel frequently and I have never had any issues anywhere we have gone. courtyard is a nice chain, just not sure why this happened! especially charging to park, that’s new one for me.
room was very clean. restroom size was excellent. loved the fact that the toiletries were inside the shower (shampoo conditioner and body wash). restroom Lightning was excellent!

United States of AmericaNeed a free breakfast, and price was a little high for the room. Some of the front desk staff were a little rude to me and the rest of my group. Mini fridge shuts off every 2 hours, to save the hotel money. There is a reset button you have push every 2 hours, could not keep drinks cold.
