I didn't care for the 6 am wake up call I did not request. I actually selected this particular property because they advertised an on-site restaurant which they neglected to mention is no longer in service. It's a surprising large hotel and it was a very long walk to get the very minimal hot breakfast offered. We've had much more substantial breakfasts offered for way less expensive rooms.

Our room was very nice and clean. Especially the carpet which is very much appreciated for our Great Pyrenees. We can tell how she inspects a room as to how clean it really is. If she's comfortable, then we are. People who travel with pets gets this. There was a nice large green space for potty walks. Food places relatively close as well as other shops. Very quiet rooms.

The typical breakfast was included but it was rather limited. we were there 2 mornings. it was exactly the same. After breakfast 2nd morning we wanted to relax an hour before check out and long ride home. Housekeeping had already entered our room and stripped beds. we had not checked out yet!

I think it needs to be updated. The shower needs new caulking and moving body soap into the shower would be better. The mattress is too soft for me but others may like that. I think it just needs updating but over clean and a good price

The hotel is in a a great location. It is close to Oneonta College and many stores and downtown. The breakfast is very good we always enjoy it, especially when grabbing a quick meal and it's free. Staff are very friendly.

The toilet seat wasn’t attached totally to the toilet. When I checked out and told the clerk she kind of blew me off like it was no big deal. I almost fell off the seat the first time I sat on it.

The overall look of the hotel, though very clean, was "well-worn". Also, the lighting in the hallways left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I wish the lounge was open, but it was being renovated (which is a good thing).

We loved the lighting in the room; especially the bathroom, as well as the water pressure. We also liked the breakfast, which was plentiful and good. The location was convenient for our needs as well.

The pillows were very flimsy though and they didn’t have any more when I asked but I just went to Walmart and got one. A little pricey during high season but understandable.

Great place. Love the food and the service. Cool little bar/lounge. Love that we can bring our pet when we take our daughter to college. Beautiful courtyard with pool and volleyball and fire pit.

The room had a very musty smell coming from air conditioning. But when we lowered the temperature, the smell seemed to go away. Free breakfast was honestly not good. The bacon each day was burnt beyond recognition! We just went out for breakfast

The location was great. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a big super Walmart too. The pool was big and clean. Rooms were a nice size. Beds and pillows comfortable

The rooms could have been a little fresher…everything looked clean but seemed a bit stale.

The pool and outdoor spaces were great. My children loved the basketball court. Views were amazing. Rooms were decent size and seemed clean.

The key cards kept deactivating when near other magnets.

They allowed pets for a minimal fee which was why we picked this hotel. I do wish the rooms were slightly larger to accommodate a dog crate but we made it work. I liked the convenience of the property in proximity to the baseball fields and stores.
