The first room I was put in was not completely finished being remodeled. But front desk staff moved me to another room with no problem

The pool was closed my entire stay Setting up the Accommodations was very trying to say the least. When I filled out all the paperwork for the reservation and use my American Express card, I never heard back. I called and they said it wasn’t accepted because they don’t accept American Express. If I didn’t call, I would’ve never known the confusing part. Was they accepted it when I filled out all the paperwork online, but they didn’t accept it when it got to the hotel After several tries I got it done.

rooms were renovated, beautiful, everything you need, coffee, fresh towels, soap,... Swimming pool was under construction and we were allowed to swim in another motel, so it was nicely resolved. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST as described on booking.

Bathroom is too small. Shower is even smaller & stuff was peeling off of the floor in the shower. Vent was falling out of wall & didn't work. Wifi was spotty.

Location was good. Enjoyed the park with our kids, which was right by our room and next to the pool. Kiddie pool was good. Beds were comfortable. Pleased that each bed had 4 pillows each. Plenty of restaurants nearby. CVS across the street which was needed during our stay.

Room was not cleaned but 2 times in 9 days. No clean sheets or towels. Had to ask for toilet paper.

The TV was fuzzy, not a clear picture.

The shower was AMAZING!! Great water pressure with a rain shower head, and a hand held attachment. The room was very spacious and comfy. It is located right between a Waffle House and Longhorns restaurants, so all you have to do is walk next door. There's also a Dunkin Doughnuts within walking distance. It's a great value for the price. I would most definitely stay there again.

I did not like the $100 deposit policy. They said they would inspect room when I left, but did not. They did cancel the $100 credit card charge though.

We are quite satisfied with our stay. The room is clean and recently decorated. The service is also good. If you have a car, this location is very convenient.

They don't read emails. I booked 2 reservations. I wrote an email about merging them so I wouldn't have to check out of the room. The front desk staff suggested coming in at 11 am the next day after check-out and continuing the reservation. Did I need to do this instead of going to Disneyland? Even though I wrote about it in the email. The biggest issue with this hotel is that they didn't unblock the funds on the card until I wrote the email. They kept them blocked for over 10 days. Please pay attention to this because if I hadn't sent the email, they wouldn't have unblocked them. Hotel shuld be cost not more than 60 $ There is not enough table in the room.

The place has a lot of potential however you charged a 100 dollar security deposits and my shower head was leaning onto the wall. It fell off the mounted bracket. The pipe leaked. The a/c never got even cool. Lot of glass in the grass areas and pool was looking good but was closed with no explanation. With the problems I had in my room I should not even been ask for 100 dollar security deposits how can you take a 100 dollars when it’s already damage in my room and to the property.

Room did not have drawers for clothes and the area to hang clothes was very small and only for shirts/blouses/t-shirts nothing long.

Room door was heavy and hard to open and close, my wife couldn't do it. right next door to Longhorn steak house, very noisy, missing soap at sink and no cups. Front desk didn't have any.

Friendly staff at check-in, The unit/room was very clean, bed linen and towels in the bath were as expected and clean, very clean. Good location easy to walk to restaurants.

The road outside was noisy as a car meet was happening that night so from 10-11pm you could hear loud cars on the main road, but this isn't the hotels fault obviously.

At this price point most hotels are run down & dirty. This hotel was exceptionally clean & tidy & has obviously been refurbished recently. I have stayed in more expensive rooms that have been way worse. A comfortable clean modern room, I was extremely happy with my stay there.
