The only "problem" I experienced while staying here was the deposit on my credit card got screwed up somehow. The deposit hold was placed on my card as normal,.the next morning when I checked out, instead of the deposit being cleared from my account, ANOTHER $100 hold was applied. I still wasn't concerned about it until 5 days later when I realized there was still a $100 deposit hold and the other $100 had posted as a sale (?). I called the motel and they blamed the bank, I called the bank and they blamed the motel. Classic circle jerk that took 4 calls and 2 days to resolve. In the end the deposits were refunded but was a time drain and annoying.

This place was pretty good, it would be hard to find nicer accommodations for the price so the value was definitely there. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked.

There was ants in my room I had to call front desk to have them spray. I had to use my phone to translate because housekeeping didn't speak English. Only one of the pools were open.

Motel style felt nervous coming back late as back of car park. Not enough blankets, no breakfast included.

The first room I was put in was not completely finished being remodeled. But front desk staff moved me to another room with no problem

The pool was closed my entire stay Setting up the Accommodations was very trying to say the least. When I filled out all the paperwork for the reservation and use my American Express card, I never heard back. I called and they said it wasn’t accepted because they don’t accept American Express. If I didn’t call, I would’ve never known the confusing part. Was they accepted it when I filled out all the paperwork online, but they didn’t accept it when it got to the hotel After several tries I got it done.

rooms were renovated, beautiful, everything you need, coffee, fresh towels, soap,... Swimming pool was under construction and we were allowed to swim in another motel, so it was nicely resolved. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST as described on booking.

Bathroom is too small. Shower is even smaller & stuff was peeling off of the floor in the shower. Vent was falling out of wall & didn't work. Wifi was spotty.

Location was good. Enjoyed the park with our kids, which was right by our room and next to the pool. Kiddie pool was good. Beds were comfortable. Pleased that each bed had 4 pillows each. Plenty of restaurants nearby. CVS across the street which was needed during our stay.

The TV was fuzzy, not a clear picture.

The shower was AMAZING!! Great water pressure with a rain shower head, and a hand held attachment. The room was very spacious and comfy. It is located right between a Waffle House and Longhorns restaurants, so all you have to do is walk next door. There's also a Dunkin Doughnuts within walking distance. It's a great value for the price. I would most definitely stay there again.

I did not like the $100 deposit policy. They said they would inspect room when I left, but did not. They did cancel the $100 credit card charge though.

They don't read emails. I booked 2 reservations. I wrote an email about merging them so I wouldn't have to check out of the room. The front desk staff suggested coming in at 11 am the next day after check-out and continuing the reservation. Did I need to do this instead of going to Disneyland? Even though I wrote about it in the email. The biggest issue with this hotel is that they didn't unblock the funds on the card until I wrote the email. They kept them blocked for over 10 days. Please pay attention to this because if I hadn't sent the email, they wouldn't have unblocked them. Hotel shuld be cost not more than 60 $ There is not enough table in the room.
