Perfect location to visit Mount Sant Jacinto and Joshua Tree (maybe other place we were not aware of), very good breakfast, amazing pools with warm water and hot jacuzzi, very nice atmosphere and very kind service

A lovely hidden gym in the Desert Hot Springs. Their mineral pool and jacuzzi are so fresh! The room was specious and bed was super comfortable. I loved the breakfast with fresh fruits and yoghurt. A friendly staff recommended one of the mexican restaurant nearby and it was delicious!

A sign at street level would have helped, everything else as close to perfect as possible.

There're only stairs to the second floor, so it might be hard to carry big luggages upstairs. Breakfast was included (free of charge) so there weren't many options.

1. The staffs were super nice and friendly on our arrival and also the nexy day when we checked out. 2. Room is big and bathroom is bright enough. 3. Yoga mats and robes are all inside the room for your stay.

While we were there the main and only roads into Palm Springs were closed. Which meant it took 45 minutes to get anywhere. The location made it hard to want to go anywhere with such a long drive. However I was told it’s normally about 20 minutes when there are no road closures. But, if you plan to spend most of your time at the resort or Joshua Tree, the location and resort are great!

The staff was wonderful, kind and attentive! The breakfast in the morning was such a great thing and made our stay more enjoyable! The pool and hot tub were a nice addition too.

Google map sent us to the back door of the hotel. The address needs to be corrected via google map or booking.com. It's easy.

If we are in Desert Hot Springs again, I will ask for a second floor room. One night the people above us were quite noisy and their footsteps woke me up.

We loved this hotel since staff were very helpful, the room was great and the breakfast was tasty. The warm spring pool and the hot tub were open late and enjoyed by all.

It was nice to get breakfast included as most hotels charge extra, however the breakfast was extremely limited.

The pool & pool spa area was fantastic. It was open till 11pm which was great! The hotel is not too far from Palm Springs which is great.

There was more noise than one would expect. The door didn’t have a proper seal so every little sound could be heard in the room.

I wish the doors had an extra chain for more security because the doors face a balcony that everyone has access to. I felt safe, but that extra layer of security would be good.

The room looked exactly like in the pictures with really cute and modern decor and they were very large. Plenty of room to set up, nice size TV. The bathroom is small but very well laid out, so it wasn't an issue. The pool was amazing and warm and the jacuzzi feeds directly from the mineral springs, so it was extremely relaxing.

Location. Gym was closed. Staff and manager smoke on property.
