Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noise from the street and freeway.
The build your own hamburger was great. However both nights I asked for a cup of milk. The server/bartender brought it. But asked me to increase his tip for not charging me for the milk.

The first room had a malfunctioning heat/ac unit. I called a few times . Maintenance never did come. The gal at the front desk, Litsi (sp?), finally came up and diagnosed the problem. She could not fix it, so she gave me another room.
My stay was great. Litsi (sp?) at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving the problem in my room. She is kind, friendly, and very efficient.

We ate dinner in the cafe. There was a weekend gymnastics tournament in the Conference Center across the street and participants had stayed in the hotel. As a result there was a limited menu (and no wine) to be served. Service was acceptable and the waiter tried hard.
Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

The pool and spa cool use some cleaning.

No extra blankets and for my 88 year old mom it was cold. Airport shuttle has very, very limited hours!

No late check out available.
Had no trouble signing in but then the key and room number were mixed up. The staff immediately fixed the problem and sent the manager with us to make sure all continued smoothly. The front desk then comped drinks while waiting for a provided free ride to our event. Very much made us feel accommodated for the mistake with room and keys.

The shower could have had better pressure. The shuttle to the airport only operates from 5 am until 10:30 am. The door to the bathroom doesn't stay open.
The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the shower had excellent temperatures. TV channels and quality were great as well. The front desk staff were very nice.

The two things that prevent me from giving my stay a 10 rating are: the very loud Air-conditioner in the room (it was unbearable) and the loud noise from the street and airplanes... It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe try installing sound proof windows for better isolation.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I stayed there for two nights while taking the bar exam in the Ontario convention center and was pleasantly surprised. My executive room was huge, fully equipped with everything I could have ever dreamed of, was extremely clean and comfortable. I want to command the hotel staff, which was outstandingly friendly and accommodating.

The only issue we had was loud upstairs guests. They stomped on the floor when they walked and kept jumping and making so much noise at night that would wake us up. We called the front office to see if they could call and ask them to keep it down but it did not help.
The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the pillows! The housekeeping staff was so nice. The front desk receptionists were very welcoming. I loved that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby everyday at all times.

The curtains in the hotel do not close all the way. I The sun was shining right into the room early morning.
We had an event that started @2pm and check in was @ 4pm, the hotel was so very nice to let us get an early check in. I will stay here again and recommend to friends and family. It made our experience so much better!

Safe lock batteries were dead. Maintenance arrived within 5 minutes of reporting it. They were curtious professional and cleaned up afterwards. Awesome crew.

Very spacious room for the pricing, and i like that the lights could be dimmed. We chose it for its proximity to the convention center and could only stay two days but I could have been there even longer, it was really nice.
