Nothing to complain about despite having arrived in a bad mood. Slept well in the supremely comfortsble bed.

We came tto Ontario only because our flight to Santa Barbara was diverted due to wearher. We didnt want to spend 10 hours in the terminall. We had hoped to be hhome and were disappointed to instead be stuck somewhere we didnt want to be, and had minimall expectattions of an airport hotel. But found it impossible to remain disagreeable with the friendly and accomadating staff, and we were surprised and delighted to discover that our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the bed was exquisitely comfortable with soft high thread count sheets and ample pillows, ,The room had all the necessary amenities, coffeemaker, closet wuth wood hangers, iron and board, toiletries, hairddyer, and plenty of towels, a good size tv that included some pay channels, and th we room was soundproof. There was even a help yourself breakfast with cereals, fruit, yogurt , eggs and sausage and waffles.

I liked the location, it's right by Ontario Mills, across the street from it. My room was a great size, had a fridge and a microwave. Also had a sofa bed for any addition guests. The bed was comfortable as well. I would stay here again.

I was charged a ridiculous amount because I didn't know there was a rave going on in San Bernardino. I was there because I had an early morning flight to catch out of the airport. The hotel stay was more than my flight was. Ridiculous. Highway robbery if you ask me.

I did not like the fact there are no plugs in the room except on the desk and the microwave needs to be updated.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was included. The staff person working in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. Free parking is always great to have. The location is hidden so it is very quiet, and conveniently near food places.

They orginally put me on a floow where there was baseball players above it was super loud noise all night barely slept. and then the next day I asked to be switched to top floor in which they did but they didnt wanna offer me any discount for the inconvenience in which i had to call 3 times that night about the noise that was very disappointing

Shower was mounted too high in the bathroom - my 5' 3" would have had difficulty reaching it. There was a "buzz" in the bathroom - door needed to be closed to avoid hearing it.

Location to Toyota Arena, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The cookies handed out when checking in were excellent an unexpected. Handicap parking was available and close to the front entrance.

Once inside, the hotel looks a little outdated in some areas. However, it does not affect cleanliness or comfort.

During my stay, any staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is perfect, near one of the bigger malls in SoCal and the main freeways.

The amount of available seating tables during a busy season for breakfast. But they did have plates to take up to your room.

The hotel had a cozy environment and was welcoming at check in, during the stay. And check out. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was greeted with yummy complimentary cookies at check in, there was always water, and coffee available for the guest in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly very nice and good. The breakfast staff was phenomenal.

I did not like my room was downgrade with no explanation and no payment return of the difference.. I was let down and the hotel did not take any attempt to take responsibility.

I love the surrounding and the easy access to food and entertainment just walking g distance from the hotel. Parking was easy, safe and free.

Rooms are getting tired.

Great location. Great breakfast. No more daily room service though - and no one told us?? Seems like important Info to be told. Only done every 4th day. Definitely cutting costs but I guess everyone everywhere is. Rooms are getting older but location is great. Most staff super friendly.

I would've like to have known when staff would be coming in to change out towels & take out garbage.
