The traffic noise from the interstate was HORRIBLE, and the new window treatments do absolutely nothing to dampen the sound.

The room tub wasn't clean. The hot tub was positively filthy. They only gave us 2 towels when we had 3 staying in the room. Friday night at the pool was an absolute NO due to the volume of screaming people. The employee in charge of breakfast was rude and spoke loudly about how much she disliked her job at length to other employees in earshot of the breakfast table where we sat. The breakfast food was questionable and there was no bacon either morning.

The room was fresh, updated, and spacious.

The pancake station was closed both mornings we were there.. housekeeping opened my room door twice Sunday morning before we checked out.

Would have had a perfect review, but a few small things were broken in our room and the pool and hot tub area needs better security. It appeared that the doors to the outside were not locked and we believe there may have been two different groups of people that came in from outside (not from the hotel), who might not have been staying there. One of the groups was rowdy and deterred me from getting in the water . I should have reported this to the front desk, but was busy getting my kids to bed when we left the pool area and then I forgot to say something at check out time the next day.

Loved the vinyl plank flooring in the room instead of carpet!! I wish all hotels would move away from carpet, it just never feels clean. This room was very clean, had very comfortable beds and great furnishings. I also loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub.

Pool was cold. There was not a lot of water in the hot tub and the sides were too low for my body. Concrete side was mid shoulder blade. Bed was a little hard for my comfort.

Our room was not made up two of the three days we stayed there. First time desk clerk apologized .. second desk clerk said we don't make up room everyday. I asked why we weren't told this and no answer. I said i understand if it is to conserve water but trash was not emptied, i had to get toilet paper and toiletries at desk the second day! Not very customer friendly!

There was a cockroach in our room. The AC was leaking. It was fairly clean. Some of the faucets need to be properly installed.

Place was ok. It is currently under construction. Wasn’t noisy at night though then again I stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was fair. Cheese omelette tasted like plastic though. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and other things. Chatt is about 20min away.

The shower did not drain well! Also, the room needs a sitting chair (other than the desk chair) and there is room in the corner beside the bed for one. It is just empty, unused space!

Check in and check out was simple and fast. Staff was friendly and helpful to recommend places to eat and attractions. Remodeled room was nice! Breakfast was filling, hot, and well stocked.
