Construction noise is relentless. We were originally in room 805 and we could hear it from inside our room, even with the balcony door closed. They graciously found us a different room. I would suggest asking for a room on the south side of building to escape the construction noise.

Staff was excellent. Special shout out to Miguel at the front desk and Marco in valet for going above and beyond to help us.

I wish they were some more activities for little kids/toddlers. I also wish the hotel had cabanas for the guests on the beach so we didn’t have to rent from a 3rd party company.

I loved the view from 8th floor overlooking the ocean. I loved the water bottles, ice and cookies in the common room, super helpful.

The place was great.

Every room was amazing and the staff were great. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and the service and bar tenders were brilliant. A special shout out to Nick and Alyssa who were amazing.

My daughter got sick due to wait staff not paying attention to our order. We ordered gluten free and he confirmed. When getting order again confirmed it was gluten free and he said yes. After she had eaten a piece she became ill and investigated and found it had in fact did have gravy on it and did have gluten. She spent the rest of the day sick unable to enjoy the last day of our trip. When I brought up to waiter he seemed to really not care and then proceeded to give me the bill with the food on there. I then proceeded to speak to the manager which apologized and took it off our meal.

Trouble finding beach chairs available and pool water was so warm it wasn’t very refreshing.

Rooms were nice and views from the balcony were the best! Very clean! Dinner at the restaurant was amazing also!

I struggle with the concept of US pricing. The hotel is expensive, so to add a resort fee plus tax plus parking plus service fee for some services is too much. One feels ripped off, better to be transparent from the start

Should have Paper water containers instead of all those plastic bottles! Room did not include hair conditioner or make up wipes and sugar/cream container was not refilled for second day.

Close to water and walkable area. Drinks were not watered down, room dining service was prompt and polite and snack room with water and snacks. Beautiful pool area with clean pool and free ice cream.

I hesitate to comment on this, because I realize it is a matter of opinion, but we would have much preferred a regular Kuerig coffee pot over the espresso coffee maker in our room.

Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the Sand Bar. We also really enjoyed having a balcony.

For the price of the resort the beach is overcrowded. You think you are booking an upper scale resort stay but then get overcome by the locals at the beach. It is a shame the resort doesn’t have more private beach access. The pantry could be stocked with more items and more frequently throughout the day.

The staff at Opal Sands was incredible! So friendly and helpful. The food at SeaGuini was amazing. Everything I ate from the restaurant exceeded my expectation. The pantry on my floor was a great addition to the stay.

A bit crowded but it was around Spring Break timing. Hard to get lounge chairs by the pool. Also, sometimes difficult to get a seat/ drink at the bar. Room did not get cleaned one day. Not a big deal to us but small opportunities to improve.

Loved the room, food, view, beach, all the facilities. I was very impressed with the check in experience and happy our room was ready within an hour of arriving at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean, bed was very comfortable, location was great, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Cold bottled water and snacks were available on your floor. The staff was always reaching out to be of service. Everything was perfect!
