I was told about evening dining, when I attempted to order food Monday night was told kitchen was closed on Sunday and Monday, something that should have been mentioned when I checked in and was given flyer announcing the opposite. They even had a menu sitting out just to tease!! At times the check in staff were not responsive when there were people waiting for service, being overly conversational with a customer while the rest of us waited and waited for someone to help.

The locations was fine, next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and I like that they offered dining outside of traditional breakfast option.

Hate that check in was at 4pm usually we arrive about 2hrs before and we've never had a problem getting accommodate at other hiltons or if they didn't they would let us have use of the facilities but the reception staff really wasn't hospitable at all idk if it was because I was Hispanic because with the white customers before me they where all smiles and laughs but as soon as I came up it was a total switch even when I tried to make conversation with them they didn't really pay attention

This hotel needs renovations bad ! The carpet was filthy the bed was so uncomfortable.

On the beach , parking was good too. The staff was very nice and friendly!

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't really included with the room. It was an extra fee. Parking explicitly states the extra fee, but breakfast wasn't explicitly stated, or I missed that. I probably would have chosen a different location had I payed closer attention to that. I just think the room was too pricey to not include breakfast in the rates.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, Beach Access was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The front desk clerks weren't very helpful with giving a breakdown of complimentary services at the hotel. We had to use one elevator for majority of our stay which was an inconvenience.

We had no hot water in the mornings for showers, and we could not get housekeeping to come remove trash and used towels and such. Not sure why. We actually requested them to come and still no service. They did comp us a couple days and gave us free parking because of the problem.

We loved that the hotel is right on the beach and also that it has a pool and hot tub. The balcony that gave us a view of the gulf was also a plus.

Hot tub was nice and the pool was heated. We were there in February and it was a cold weekend but the room was nice and warm and the staff was great.

Parking is $10/day. You have to ask for room service to clean room or leave fresh towels.

All rooms have a balcony with at least a partial view of the beach. The pool is heated which is important when staying in January.

Tv cut out during ballgame, laundry buggies always in hallway, our car was hit in the parking lot no cameras, $10 parking fee, $125 too much pet fee
