Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

OMG felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful space. It felt like home away from home. All the comforts you'd expect from snacks to coffee and waters in fridge. Chocolates at bedside were a nice touch too. Pillows and beds were great!! Almost forgot, the washer and dryer were a huge plus and free. If you are in the Provo area this is the place to stay.

Everything was perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever.
After our flight into SLC, we only stayed for one night before heading out the next day to make our way to the Nevada border where "The Loneliest Road" begins (or ends, depending on your perspective). But it was absolutely perfect and, if we were to ever come to the area again, we would definitely put this place at the very top of our list. SO much better than some corporate room that lacks any personality. It's obvious the owners put their heart into this place. We included it in our video of our trip. Literally nothing. This place is amazing.
An amazing space with everything you would ever need. Every detail is beautifully covered and it feels like you're in a grand hotel. It's clear that the hosts do this out of a passion for it.

A little bit of overhead noise as the apartment was in a basement
It was very clean, spacious, with a huge amount of facilities. We were spoiled by the lovely little extras that were put into the apartment eg bottles of water in fridge, coffee pods, and many other items. We had a lovely stay and would certainly return if in the area again.

Little to improve here, again very well set-up and comfortable place.
Great and warm hospitality. Clear information sharing and good recommendations for food in the area. Apartment spacious, very clean and good privacy. Also very nice and calm neighbourhood.

The property was easy to find and better than the pictures showed! Comfortable for myself as a solo traveler, a couple would find us very comfortable as well. I feel like the hosts definitely go the extra mile with snacks and extra toiletries. This is such a kind and thoughtful gesture that I appreciate. You can tell they love what they do. Great communication with the host prior to arrival, during stay, and after stay. They asked for my arrival time so that they could have lights & AC turned on. Which is very thoughtful. The value of this stay is incredible!  It’s an absolute gem!!

The heater in the bedroom is a little loud, but we did not need to use it.
Incredible attention to detail at this property. Snacks, toiletries, board games, TV services... It is obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought and love into this property.

We just needed a place to stay en route to SLC airport but we wished we could have stayed here longer! The apartment was stylish, clean and comfortable with lovely little personal touches. Located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots to explore. The hosts provided us with all the information we needed and some welcome treats which is always a nice touch. The washer/dryer was great!

Queen bed, just too small for us, the bathroom wasn’t convenient, small signage everywhere ie; don’t use the white wash cloth for makeup removal use the throw away disposable package ones provided OR maybe get some black or grey ones!, temperature control(everyone is different), keep quiet between 10pm-7am, there was a lot of noise from upstairs after 10pm on Saturday for over an hour! When we where leaving I got a message telling me to strip the bed & place on floor w/towels in bathroom & to put dirty dishes in dishwasher (there where six pieces) I paid for this AirB&B not to be a maid also just a few areas that people don’t pay attention to that I noticed needed cleaning.
Close to all shopping & activities, easy access. All amenities were nice including snacks! The space is nice & cozy & mostly clean.
