Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaIf I had to suggest anything would be more hooks for coats. Especially during winter months to hang up jackets.
The staff at the Origin Westminster were fantastic. Always had a smile and very friendly and willing to help in anyway. The restaurant Famille was wonderful and the staff working there as well were excellent.

United States of AmericaI really can't think of any negatives about this hotel. It really was fantastic.
We liked the location (coffee shop across the street, movie theater next door), free parking, spacious room, and cleanliness. It was the perfect base for us to explore Denver.

United States of AmericaIt was a little difficult to navigate getting from the back parking lot to the front desk on a lower level, when we had one person with mobility issues. We finally learned how to do it with one of the elevators when it as time to leave.
The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times, both in the hotel and the restaurant. We enjoyed the fitness center - very important to all three of us. The whole facility was immaculate and cleverly designed/decorated. Location was easy to find and handy to major thoroughfares. The coffee shop across the street is excellent, too!

GermanyThe provided coffee was a bit thin.
It's a stylish and modern hotel with good room sizes and nice facilities. As our original flight was cancelled, it was no problem to check in later as planned. We liked the hydration station where we could fill our water bottles.

United States of AmericaMy one complaint about the room, and I didn't dock anything from the overall score because this might have been on me not knowing how to turn it off, is that the lights for the main room are motion activated. So imagine how fun it was to get up for the restroom at like 3 AM and get blinded by the lights- Not just me, but my husband who had been dead asleep. Again, there miiiight have been a way to turn this off from the switch but I was too tired and blind to really check at the time, and had forgotten by the morning.
This is such a fun, well-maintained, well-staffed hotel to stay at! The second you walk into the lobby, you can tell how clean and stylish everything is. They have a hanging light fixture from the ceiling that utilizes old movie reels, and there's a bright red telephone booth on display to tie them to their UK location. The floors are clean, the air smells fresh, and it is just such an inviting space! This extends to the service at the front desk 100%. My interactions with the night auditor, as well as the 2 desk agents the following morning, were very pleasant and efficient. You can tell the staff here are all well-trained professionals, but not to the point of being robotic and stiff. All 3 individuals I interacted with were so sweet and pleasant, and immensely helpful in offering dining suggestions in the surrounding area. Checking in and out and getting information on parking were all a total breeze! My husband and I booked one of the king rooms with a mountain view, and gosh, it had to be one of the most stylish hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The entire room is so, so spacious, including our bathroom. (I know details like this matter to some folks, so I'll drop here this particular room was a really huge and clean standing shower, no attached tub). I've also seen other reviews mention the sinks? They're like, flat shaped, sure, but we had no problems with ours draining at all. But the room itself, so cool! The ceilings are tall, high-vaulted ceilings and our window was a full wall-length one that did offer incredible views of the distant mountains...over a suburban area, sure, but nice all the same lol. I love that the room has dark wood floors instead of the usual carpet, it's really sharp. They also included a very bright and colorful Keurig machine and mini fridge, and the TV was a great size and positioned right in front of the bed where it should be. What is up with those hotels that place them at a side angle, you know?

United States of AmericaEverything was great!
Location is great, amazing, kind professional staff, Clean! Welcoming environment! We stayed there during my daughters move in week for CU. Great location. It was perfect for us as we rented a car and it was just a short 17min to the university. We loved the library inside the hotel where you can get delicious coffee and lavender latte. You are just steps to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema! Will definitely stay there again!

United States of AmericaRoom cleaning is my real issue here: it's 2023 and any hotel in this price range that asks the guests to stop by at the reception to ask for housekeeping services is just trying to cut costs is the worst way. If it's for the environment (even making the bed?) then let's start with the A/C, it's always freezing in the room. Water pressure was very good but it took a while to get hot water (in July, 4th floor) and the mini fridge had a bad smell.
Room and bathroom were beautiful and huge. You can easily walk to 3 different spots to get breakfast. Quiet at night. The parking is not really a problem anymore.

United States of AmericaThe hotel being relatively new, ended up with some wonky GPS directions. The sink design kept it from draining well. Would have been nice to have Amazon Prime access, too, or maybe the ability to cast from my smartphone to the room TV. An in-room microwave might have been nice.
I was able to connect up to my Netflix account on the in-room TV.
