The dirty fridge and toliet, the burning stove and the filthy sofa. The sink in the bathroom was not connected and leaked water everywhere when used. The side of the toilet was never cleaned. Also, the check in clerk was very lazy and sorry. He didn't want to get my pots because he didn't want to move out of his seat. The check out girl seemed lost and didn't know how to check me out. It took 15mins of trial and error.

Vending machine was broken and staff couldn't provide a bottle of water when asked. Hot water was cut at 8:30am but they announced a day before. Some weird people in the property. Hallways were dirty with stuff people left out and they were never cleaned during my stay over 4 days.

Have either a small breakfast buffet if you want to serve breakfast. Fix the pool gate. Improve the gym.

The breakfast was disappointing. I expected a meal and instead there was coffee and granola bars. The location was superb. The room was clean and comfortable.

We were put right next to workers who were working on the roof right outside our window, they finished up their day around 7 and we went to bed, but then woke us up again promptly the next morning with their banging.

The room was VERY spacious and we loved the fact we had a kitchenet in the room.

The room is a little old, so it had a stronger smell of old furniture. The breakfast is basically a complementary Coffee with some cereal bars and cookies.

The location and kitchen and laundry and huge space with sofa enough room to accommodate a small family. The staff was indeed very helpful and did address any concerns I had .

The first room was a mess, the bed was not made and the tv didn’t work. I wanted a different floor because I know what it’s like on the first floor but that was the only king that they had. We did get a different cleaner rom at a cheaper price but again on the first floor.

It was what I expected from the price point, the location was not bad and once things got fixed it was better. Would I stay again just at a different location and do more research.

i had a reservation but they had overbooked and did not have my room reserved even though i had given them my expected arrival time. they were able to give me one last room that they had available Considering the room was a suite, it did not even have a coffee pot, plastic drinking cups or a hair dryer.

The entrance to this property is slightly off from the traffic light. Depending on the direction of your approach, you will need to pass the property and make U-turn on a heavily traveled road. Leaving the property, you cannot turn left, you will need to go right and make a U-turn. The parking area was dark and needed more lighting. We noticed many guests lived on property. The hallways had an odd smell. There was no hair dryer in the room, I had to go to the desk and request one. The rooms were dated and needed upkeep.

The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. We didn't try the breakfast but we did have coffee.

The theme parks were easily accessible from the hotel as well as restaurants. Parking was easy and the staff was very pleasant!

The bad smell in the room and the elevator and the hallways. The Air condition didn’t work the sink in the bathroom didn’t work it was clogged and the shower leaked all night. Also was shocked at 3 am when I woke up to use the bathroom and a huge roach 🪳 was trying to attack me not even kidding. They also have a water ant 🐜 problem ugh 😩

Their wasn't enough room in the dinner room. It was messy and the guest leaving there food on the table like they had maids cleaning up after them. And also guest not cleaning up after there pets. Oh one more thing the Landry room needs a paint job and circulation for your guest to be a little more comfortable when they are doing there Landry.

The breakfast was the same,there was no change. Their was no desene happy hour. The fountain was shut off couldn't really get what you wanted out of it. Other then that the staff shouldn't be standing there looking at what being taken.

The water could not be completely shut off in the shower so it was significantly dripping all night lon. This problem must have occured for quite some time as there were big stains in the sink of the shower

The staff was really nice. The location ist good. The price is really fair. Free parking available. The Internet ist really fast. Rooms are really spacious.
