There was baseball tournament in the area so a lot of kids. When we got on the elevator, they had pressed all of the buttons so it took us a little while longer to get to the top.

Everything was included in our room reservation. Staff was wonderful.

Unfortunately there's not a microwave in the room a small fridge is there which is good . They have room service with no free breakfast option. My room wasn't the warmest maybe because I was on the top floor. However all in all not a bad place.

I love the location, the staff, free wifi and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Let's not forget about the free parking. I requested to be on the top level floor and I was impressed they fulfilled it. When I got into the room there was no remote control. The staff was quick in bringing me another one. Due to that I paid extra for the concierge level. You will get the white glove treatment. They have happy hour with free appetizers. I stayed on New Year's Eve and was able to see the fireworks . I will definitely be staying there again. I

Parking is a pain. Price of room dropped after I booked and Priceline and Marriott didn't match it, on the same platform. Room wasn't ready when I tried to check in. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Maids and other guests very noisy. No hot water when I showered.

Bathrooms were smaller then I expected,got charged an extra 30$ which we never ordered anything . I had paid extra when I booked for breakfast. Was never explained what the charge was for .

The hot tub wasn't hot. The shower temp kept changing while in the shower. The pipes were loud when the air kicked on.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Free parkimg, Our room was ready at noon. The online check-in was awesome. The check-out time was great compared to other hotels.

I had a freak incident with a pool chair. I caught my ring finger in the track of the lounge chair as I was lowering the back. I was able to get a woman and my husband to pull the chair apart enough to get my finger out. Two bruised fingers, and no damage to the chair!!

The location of the hotel was great. We were around restaurants, stores, entertainment, and Lake Mary is a quaint place.

The room rate was ridiculous and quite a bit higher than advertised. I did not have breakfast. It seems I was not on some special list and so the they wanted some exorbitant amount for me to eat at a small buffet that is generally covered at other locations. See Marriott Residence Inn.

The location was fine, I had picked that location before the trip. I had dinner in the lounge. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The room was mostly quiet but noise from the hallway would happen throughout the night. The staff was awesome. Thanks Ed from somewhere in Mandarin, enjoyed the conversation.

There was a baseball league staying on my floor. So the children were running the hallways very late at night. Room service was not available, and there were not a lot of dairy-free options in the hotel's store on the bar menu.

My third year in a row coming to the hotel. Always a pleasure.

Check-in and check-out times are difficult to ascertain. They should be more prominent. We had no issues with either but when we were looking for those times we were never able to find them.

When we discovered that the pillows were down fill we requested foam. Our request was handled very quickly and the woman from housekeeping worked diligently to get us what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

The only complaint I have is that there was a staff member who was extremely rude to me about 3 people only being allowed in the gym. They were all of my family members and I didn’t understand the reasoning.

It was very well kept and the rooms were nice. The beds were super comfortable. I loved that the hotel served food and had a bar. I left a bag in the room by accident and the gentleman on the phone when I called was so nice and shipped it to me. That was above and beyond.

However, and I did not tell my wife some of this... cleanliness was poor! In a world where we are clearly not out of a pandemic, to touch items in the room and still have barbeque sauce or something on them was disgusting!!! The TV Remote had smudges on the and the side light switches were sticky! Just thinking about it makes me cringe. The only thought I had in my head was, how gross is the rest of this room and how gross is this hotel... and why doesn't the cleaning service care? The other items was the walls... not that they were dirty, but who knows if they were or not, but the thin walls blows my mind. I get this hotel may be fairly old, but wow could I hear everything next door and the SNORING from our neighbor kept me up for hours. Though a nice hotel, and value on booking.com, we will not stay at this location again.

My wife and I enjoyed the "new modern look and feel" of the room. In addition to the new and fresh feel that was in the entry way of the hotel. The technology to run the TV on our phone was a nice touch. The bathroom was up to date and we didn't feel like we were back in the 90's like most hotels.
