Several things were broken.

There's no paper towel in the kitchen and no detergent for washing clothes. The floors are dusty. We have to wear shoes inside the house or else our feet will be dirty.

It feels homey. Everything is as it shows in the pictures.

I didn't like that there was no TV in the kids bedroom. We did not have enough paper towels on the roll. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There was only one remote in the apartment which worked on the TV in the bedroom and living room and the batteries were getting old. Those were just Miner details we noticed.

I love the fact it was close to everything that we needed like Walmart to go shopping. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. The balcony was my favorite part of the place. Private and screen in. The living room was my son's favorite place with the big screen TV. It was very cozy and affordable. The neighbors were great and the neighborhood gated community was excellent. The place was just beautiful. Will stay again. Easy to communicate with the owner and accommodate me to check in early.

They us a MINUTE SENSOR to monitor the amount of sound you are making. I woke up one morning to a screenshot of the hosts account showing that he had received a notification saying that we were allowed through the night. I took photos for proof. We were not being loud, only talking and making muffins. Then just because I had a couple friends stop by and visit for a while before they headed home, the host tried to make me pay $14 per person and also tried to charge for my service animal. I informed him it was against the law to charge for my service animal and he went back-and-forth with me as I continue to tell him it was a federal law. Finally, he came in and said that they would quit me permission this one time and I responded by reminding him there’s no need to grant me permission. It’s a federal law. He then proceeded to try to figure out anyway, he possibly could to keep my deposit. Also, I went to the store to get some cigarettes and something to drink, and had left my phone wallet at the house. The neighborhood requires an ID to enter and so I ended up being stuck outside the gate until I got a hold of someone that could drive me back to the apartment. Horrible experience.

I had to pay extra to come in but water was so cold they took there time to fix it charged me a $50 security fee I never got back tv was on volume 15 thumbs kept texting saying it was so much noise witch was a lie just a waste of my time

noise monitoring system...owner very money hungry .bad acoustics for neighbors...just uncomfortable stay when u can't walk around without a noise complaint. ridiculous and stressfull

The location, it's a bit far of the most of attractions and Orlando downtown but it's not a big issue.

Really good apartment, very very comfortable, the beds, the restrooms, all it was very clean.

They wrote off a deposit of $ 50 about which they did not warn and did not return, although they promised repeatedly. It's not nice that they are cheating. Bonus is a huge number of COCKROACHES!!!

When We got to the property the Apartment was kind of hard to find in the dark there should be a light over the building numbers. After an hour of being in the apartment it started to smell like a dog was there, the floors weren’t mopped or poorly mopped. The refrigerator had used condiments in it, Which felt like someone actually lives in the apartment (regularly) there were a few pieces of hair in it. The first afternoon there my family and I were in the kitchen area talking after just coming back from the store and all of a sudden there is pounding on the floor from the downstairs apartment, after that our entire experience was kinda ruined because we felt like we had to tiptoe around and be extra quiet. Prior to payment there should be a notice that there will be an extra fee for an additional guest I am a family of five and I was charged $14 a day for one of my children. The nightly rate fees should also be refundable if you decide to cancel for whatever reason.
