We chose Othello as a stop to break up a long road trip. We were pleasantly surprised. Motel-style hotel was well maintained inside and out. Staff on duty was kind and helpful, recommending several local places to eat. Room very clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there was plank flooring instead of the usual wall-to-wall carpeting. (Carpeting tends to soil easily and retain dust and odors). Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Streaming channels on the TV. Othello itself if a sweet little community. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at local restaurants.

Actually, there is nothing I didn't like, the family running it is very friendly- no complaints. Towels were fluffy and clean - no complaints. Room was well maintained- no complaints. Bed and pillows were comfortable- no complaints.

It is exactly what it is a clean, comfortable, cheap motel. I love it when I find inexpensive, clean, well run motels that are pet friendly.

The location was perfect for my stay. The room had all the basics I would have expected and needed. The lighting was good, the bed was comfortable. The heater worked well.

The alarm clock in my room didn't work, so I slept later than I had intended, but did just make my event on time. I would also have liked to have had some kind of lamp by the bedside for reading in bed.

There was very little noise from the street or the rooms around me; in fact two rooms next to mine were occupied after I came in and I didn't hear the people at all once they were in the room. I liked being able to control my room temperature to a very comfortable setting. I was very surprised and pleased with the television station choices and even watched a movie, which I never do at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The water was hot when I wanted it hot, and cool when I wanted it cool, and there were plenty of towels and face cloths. It was a decent, plain, room, and just what I wanted for a one-night stay. The receptionist made me feel like an honored guest when I checked in.

The pillows weren’t the greatest, but I usually travel with my own so not a big deal.

Staff was very personable and helpful, the rooms are older but nicely updated and the room was clean and smelled fresh when I walked in.

I was disappointed that I didn't have hot water for my shower. The lukewarm water was tolerable. The parking lot was plowed and free of ice but individual parking spots had drifts of snow to navigate. No instructions for the TV with streaming (I guess) but I figured out what I needed even though I couldn't watch live sports.

The room was clean with lots of nice towels. I appreciated the extra space heater to keep the room as warm as I wanted.

Only small issue we had was there seemed to be a slight stain on the bed sheet. And next morning the tv seemed to have some issues either the remote batteries or the tv itself. However they were small issues that did not really bother us or affect the overall experience. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Receptionist was professional, friendly, and made sure to let us know if we needed anything to let him know. Overall he was a wonderful host.

The room is a bit spartan. But that's a very minor thing. A great motel overall.

There was no trim around the doors. it was impossible to block out outside light to sleep. the walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbors. there was a hole in the bathtub so I could not bathe. nor was there a plug for the tub
