Box springs cover was stained/dirty. Dead bugs in bathroom area. WIFI was terrible but we did have bad weather. Beds not the most comfortable but room was ok for the price if you need just a quick, cheap stay. Said had an ice machine and had bucket in room but machine didn't work. Older motel. Could be better if the cleanliness was paid attention too.

Owners were very friendly. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Mexican restaurant next door is great and gives 10% discount when you stay at hotel. Cool air in room, stayed cold!

I really don't have anything negative to say. It was a good weekend

The owner's are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Much nicer then I expected. There's a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. A/C worked great. The beds are on the hard side and I needed an extra pillow cause they are thin. But that wasn't a problem. If we come back again next year for the mountain bike race we will stay here again.

They did not have the mini fridge turned on so our food spoiled before we realized it. Heating unit didn’t seem accurate. It worked. Mattress is worn and bed sheets had cigarette holes in them. No extra toiletries but they cleaned daily!

It was very clean. He owners tried very hard to accommodate our request for non smoking. Since they were not able to they aired the room out. We did not have a problem with odors.

It was kind of weird that while we were checking in, the wife walked over to the rooms and turned on the tv and air conditioning for us, then waited for us to unload our stuff and put it into our rooms. Felt almost as we weren't trusted...

The sign said free breakfast, but it was cereal with no milk and cold coffee...

There was a giant brown recluse spider. The beds were INSANELY uncomfortable! We stayed 1 night. Its good for short short stays like ours. But I wouldnt go any longer than a day or 2. For what it was id say over priced.

The beds were very uncomfortable as was the sheets. Pillows were small . The outlets did not work except for one on the outside of the bed closest to the air unit, also one behind the dresser over the T.V. No working outlets for charging the phone or for C-pap in the center area nightstand between the two beds. Very unfortunate. I had to sleep at the foot of the bed so I could connect my C-pap up for the night , using the outlet behind the dresser below the T.V.

Good size room, T.V. worked and was a newer model. Microwave and refrigerator worked. Shower had hot water and the facilities were up to date. It is close to a mini mall area across the street, family dollar , and an amazing pizza place called Little Italy. It's also close to McDonalds and the Fish /seafood buffet. Only a few miles from Arrowhead kayak rental . Located 40 minutes from Hot Springs .

This is an inexpensive room to sleep and shower, not much else. Electrical outlets at bedside did not work. Bad smell outside the room.

Great location to start exploring Arkansas. Has an in room refrigerator and microwave. Felt safe.
