Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaMy room ( two different rooms on two different nights) spelt so strongly of chemicals. At first I thought it was the Chlorine cause we were on the poolside but the other night we stay in the front of the hotel. Almost smelled like a mix of chlorine and RAID. It was nauseating. Also some how the staff got my cousins wife’s info ( we have the same name) and was contacting her about her stay. Which is weird since I booked the room with all of my information. So that was an added headache.
Great area.

United KingdomStaff at Reception / on the phone perhaps need some training. We had to wait for the shuttle when we called from Terminal A to be picked up - we were told it would be 15 mins but it was 40 minutes (it was clear that when it did turn up it was primarily to collect arriving passengers who'd pre-booked) - we had returned our rental car rather than arriving by plane, so were on our own waiting. It wasn't the driver's fault - we should have been told by the person we spoke to that it would be 40 mins, which they must have known, then we could have relaxed a bit instead of continuously scanning every shuttle bus pulling into the pick-up zone to see if it was ours. We asked Reception for a very early wake-up call in the morning, but we didn't get it. This service is crucial if you're catching a plane! Breakfast one of the worst ever encountered in our travels – some cereals & juice, but only cooked-offer was scrambled egg (which didn’t taste like ‘real’ egg), some decent hash browns, and also biscuits/gravy which we didn’t try; only fruit was oranges; no yoghurts or cheese/ham, and the only bread available was small white slices, no rolls; no pastry goods whatsoever; Toaster was above average (as long as no-one changed the setting from ‘4’!). Plastic knives and forks were awful – knife felt like it would break very easily - and there were only ‘dish-type’ plastic ‘bowls’ instead of plates – which made it near-impossible to butter a slice of toast with the silly little plastic knife (miniscule packets of butter, and there was only one variety of preserve). Expected to clear your own table of all the plastic items which then get thrown away, so not very ‘green’, and tables not wiped very frequently.
Staff were efficient on check-in and check-out Shuttle drivers were excellent Pool was a nice area to sit in although the pool itself was very cold (early April) Convenient for airport - we used it at the start and end of a short trip - but this does mean some airplane noise (much worse in the 5th floor room than in the ground floor room a couple of days before). Some good restaurants within 10-15 mins easy walk.

MexicoThey don't have shampoo, only conditioner. It's very weird, but it was my last night before flying home so I had to use soap on my hair.
It has a shuttle that takes you to the airport with no extra charge. They transportation to Universal Studios was free.

United States of AmericaJust the limited breakfast options. Otherwise it was quiet, accommodating and clean.
This is the only shortcoming. The breakfast wasn’t great. There were no meat options and no pancakes or waffles which are found at most other hotels that offer breakfast.

United KingdomWe had the following complaint on our second visit there was no scrambled egg, burgers or butter for breakfast. I pointed this out to reception and they said they were in the middle of conversion work ( so I took their word for it?) Also what we did not like in any of the Motels we visited was plastic knives forks and spoons, paper plates, cups and cereal bowls which has never happened to any Hotels Boarding Houses or B and B we have visited in the UK11 Surely, if one of these motels had decent cutlery and plates etc. it would make them more inviting and probably promote more trade?? This also applied to the bathrooms which for some reason had shampoo but no shower gel?? The mind boggles??
We visited this Motel on two occasions on our recent trip to Florida and Georgia as it was convenient for the Airport. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Anyway, apart from the complaints below, we had a excellent stay

United KingdomFilthy carpets and flooring. The furniture was old and in need of refreshing.
Breakfast was more than adequate, the floors, carpets, walls were all in dire need of a good clean. The carpets were very dirty. We only needed a bed for the night and the staff were friendly and helpful on the shuttle bus and reception. The dining room staff looked so unhappy and miserable. The pool outside was a great bonus as we had time to kill - this was my favourite bit.

United States of AmericaThe hotel could use some new carpets and paint. Although it was adequately clean, it is showing signs of needing a facelift. The shuttle service could not pick us up at the airport due to a flight delay. This forced us to get a cab. It was an expense we were not counting on and an inconvenience when we were already tired. Minor things our stay overall, was excellent.
Our room was spacious and clean. We only stayed one night in the beginning of our vacation and one night at the end. This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service in the morning to the airport was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. Many choices for all including waffles, eggs and cereal. The pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities were well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

United States of AmericaOverall, the hotel was very dusty. Front desk folk were pleasant, but often not responsive or did not follow through. I waited for a long time for transport from the airport. Staff had even given me the wrong directions to where I needed to be - so not knowledgeable. I was the first person at the transport slot and watched for almost 40 minutes while 14 other hotel vans picked people up and left. (Average 15 minute wait for folks as they arrived and were picked up.) Mostly high carb kid breakfast. Again, dusty, and not well stocked.
It was okay. The room was more than adequate for the one night. I would not choose this for more than an overnight, though.
