Fantastic location right on the beach, with loads of shops downstairs as well as in the vicinity. Loved the key card wirst band so you could just go swimming without worrying about losing your room key. Great towel service too and very friendly valet. Clean rooms with really friendly service. They really made our stay super convenient and comfortable, wouldn't change a thing.

Once you get over the things I didn’t like, it was a”The check in and registration was odd and confusing. Poor signage and designated entry. The registration/check in looked like a table to book tours. There were two people there and the signage was not good nor clear. The elevators are by wristband floor entry, which is good, but unless you have a room on a higher floor, many guests were complaining they were waiting for 20 minutes. We were on a high floor so we had an easy time getting on and then seeing those waiting and trying to cram in as we went to each stop. No info on checkout in room or on tv but all worked out. The pool is SO small and don’t think anyone could see the beach if in lounge chair.
Dukes was awesome! The beach umbrellas for a decent day fee were great! Right on the water. Right in the midst of the Honolulu Hustle. Staff that we met were nice and helpful (but the experience finding them was confusing)
