Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing we didn't like.
Loved it all. the front desk was very nice to us all. If we needed anything extra or more linens and pillows, they delivered it as soon as they could.

Minor dislike and not too big of a deal, but a workout mat would be nice in the gym. I love the variety of equipment, but a mat is the only thing missing.
The rooms were clean as well as other facilities, like the gym and dining area. I really enjoyed the breakfast, definitely a lot of varieties, which is awesome. My family enjoyed our stay, and kids loved it! Especially the pool area.

The only issue i had was that housekeeping DID NOT change the sheets, nor made the bed on Sat. We asked that they do, but they only left clean towels.
The property was clean and the room was excellent!

There isn't too much bad stuff other than I wish they have a wider variety of food. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. I just didn't like that a bowl of yogurt is there for everybody to just use a spoon to grab which I will prefer to have individual yogurt instead.
I love the room. The bed and everything was comfortable and very roomy. I also like breakfast as well but I wish they have more food options. I think I would prefer to have individual yogurts instead of having a bowl of yogurt for everybody to share or grab from. Other than that it's a really nice place.

I didn’t like that there was no shower caps and the refrigerator the inside of the doors the handles were broken off, and there was only one elevator, and it was really far from our room and were seniors
Overall, the stay in the room was nice. The breakfast was very good the whole facility I did like it. We only went for one day so I didn’t experience the pool or anything else.

A second elevator would be helpful.
Great breakfast and deal. Very very crowded one morn but the staff handled all wonderfully. Love how dog friendly the hotel is which is why we have stayed many times. Dog park unfortunately flooded but many areas to otherwise walk.

When we got there at 2:15 they said our room was ready but we couldn’t check in until 3 unless we wanted to pay a fee. If the room is ready and it’s literally not going to be incurring any additional resources from the hotel why wouldn’t we just we able to check in 45min sooner? Really bad customer service.
The pool and room were great. The complimentary drinks were nice and the breakfast buffet was all great!

It rained most of the night. The rain gutter down spout outside of room 140 on the parking lot window was separated in two pieces and the water coming down the down spout made noise hitting the bottom ell. If it didn’t rain there wouldn’t be any noise.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family of six, including four daughters. The location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach and back was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which not only saved us money but also ensured that everyone in the family had a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the cherry on top was the complimentary drink offered to each adult every night, adding a touch of relaxation and indulgence to our evenings. Overall, we were impressed by the hotel's amenities, especially considering the value they added to our family vacation. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Loved the design, the excellent caring staff, but the place is huge encircling a large pool. Great for families and long vacations. Great for one night or two, passing through -and you want security for your expensive SUV with things in it. This white colored, kind of like Portugal design, wonderful to park and run to beach and sites and restaurants --this kind of affordable, but perfect hotel, clean, perfect beds, baths, and floors, fits the average vacationer's needs. Or passing through. We were passing through. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. The security is RIGHT. The spacious sitting room separate from bedroom, 2 TV's is right. Guests who aren't planning to hang out at their hotel --this one is THE ONLY ONE TO STAY IN. It's near the beach and especially family oriented price range and cleanliness for the kids.
