Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Elevators- 17 floors and only one of three elevator was working. This made me mad. A few times I spent 15 mins waiting for elevator, which came always full and in the end I was not able to enter and had to use the stairs. That was not so nice with all the suitcases! Also you should renovate the bathrooms, toilet and bath tube are so old and disgusting that I was disgusted to use them.
Awesome location and great staff! Casino floor is awesome! Rooms are clean. Breakfast at hooters is great.

The elevators took forever and kept breaking down. One time it took 15 minutes of waiting before one came which is just super inconvenient. The rooms are dated and need a refurb - in particular the bathrooms.
Oyo is located just a few minutes walk from the strip and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Casino was fine.

They placed me; a single female in a room that did not lock. I had to walk down to the lobby for them to put me in a worse room but I guess it was ok because the lock worked. The bathroom was filthy shower had standing water. None of the vending or ice machines worked I tried 3 different floors.

the hotel is a little beat up , paint wearing , ice machines broken , no mini fridge, pillows were old, , toilet was not working optimally

The room could be much cleaner. A lot of dust on the carpet, specially close to the walls, and the windows were also super dusty, compromising the view. Moreover, the bed was made only on day 1. After that the room service would come and replace the towels (even when we didn't want them to be changed) but they never made the bed. At first I thought it was due to my pijamas left on the bed, but the same thing happened on the following mornings, even when our stuff was not on the bed.
The location is convenient, close to where we needed to go and the strip without being so loud. Also loved the cassino with cheap Blackjack tables. We had a lot of fun without spending much. The staff is nice and ready to help.

Elevators were broken, no vallet parking, no pools, or jacuzzi, pictures on website did not match the hotel, very outdated.
Location was good, staff was friendly, best customerservice, rooms were clean and comfortable, decent food and a nice spot for coffee.

Elevator was very slow and found I had to use the stairs more than I needed to. (11th floor as well) .
Bed was really comfy, restaurants / cafes downstairs . Wifi worked well. Smaller casino area down stairs . Was a block or 2 away from main strip

I traveled last year in September and issues with elevator this time i went also same issues even some the staff said its a problem.
The one thing its near the MGM and you can take the Monorail to go to the other side of Vegas and how cheap it is.

Just about everything could have been better: the pizza shop the gentleman who was running it kept saying the better the tip the better the pizza which was rude it was like if we didn't tip are food wouldn't be good. The coffee shop online menu didn't match what the sold and there comment was that they should probably change it. Only 1 elevator was working which meant guests and cleaning crew had to use same one at same time.

Lifts - awful - at times only one working, long queues, lifts not going to ground and stairs were shut at low floors so could even walk. Would be awful if there was a fire

Elevator wasn't working for most of my stay.
Great location, and excellent guest service from Esme Meza on reception who went above and beyond for me. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrading, but room was clean and comfortable.

No 24/7 restaurant that age friendly. No hot water, no room services available except cleaning I believe. Also the deposit fee of $250 which was more expensive than our 2nights stay which I believe is too much.
The place was safe for my kids unlike the other hotels.

There was only one lift working, as a lot of people have said. The maximum time we waited was about 5 minutes. So it’s definitely not as bad as everyone says. Check out day, 2 lifts went past we couldn’t get which was a bit frustrating.
The location, the casino, the room was spacious and the bed was big. It was definitely worth the money for the location.

Very poor room service. Very poor housekeeping, We had to keep on calling the reception to get towels. The shots from the bar which was advertised as 3$ were just cranberry juice.
The room was spacious. The location was pretty good as we were able to get to the strip faster by walking.

Understaffed. Never had one single waitress take our order while gambling for 4days. The elevators were terrible and sometimes frightening. People seemed to be over served and very intoxicated, even with the lack of waitresses.
