Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were disappointed by how run down the hotel was. Only 2 elevators out of 3 worked. In the parking garage none of the elevators worked so we had to walk all the way down.
We really liked the proximity to the strip for the price.

There are only two lamps in the room AMA is so dark, one of our was broken and I let them know 5 minutes after getting to the room, they said they’d replace it and never did. Dealt with the darkness for two days. The shower was dirty. There was hair on the floor of it and looked like something splattered on the shower curtain eww. And then when I did take a shower the water pressure was nonexistent. Lastly the elevator was a trip. One night I felt trapped on the second floor! The elevator kept passing our floor so then we were gonna take the stairs and creepiest stairwell ever and the door that looks like it would have stairs behind it said that an alarm would sound if we opened it so we didn’t. Elevator finally came but took a good 10-15 minutes!
Location was great for us, beds were comfy, noise was minimal.

Room was dirty when arrived table was gross, bathroom sink and tub looked disgusting, one of the rods was off the curtain laying next to curtain overall in my opinion wouldn't stay again

No valet, elevator broken in the parking garage and the check in girl was rude.
The staff was rude. From check in to the roulette table where a pit supervisor snatched 3 chips out my hand and put it on number 7 and told me to bet on that. Then later said he was just joking but didn’t apologize. I have never been so embarrassed and treated so rudely.

Rooms were outdated, no housekeeping during the course of our three night stay, and beds were super uncomfortable. Hooters was terrible, and outrageously priced for the only restaurant open late in the casino.
Location was good, as well as the price.

The housekeeping is poorly done, we found makeup on the floor, the bathroom was not clean. Stepped in makeup foundation. Hairs everywhere.
I have been staying at the OYO since 2018 as its perfect location for me.

You can pay little bit extra and stay in other casinos . Room was not cleaned properly , hair and dust in bed sheets Garbage and lot of dust under the bed Floor has a dusty smell The car parking elevator doesn’t work, you have to carry luggage in stairs in car parking

The staff was slow and doesn't provide assistance with the level of urgency other properties on the last Vegas strip provide. No water was available after hours once the gift shop closed, could only get water if you were gambling. Bed was old and very obviously worn in. Rooms could use updating.
Convenient location right by airport and strip probably the one major positive going for them.

It is very outdated, the pillows were awful, very lumpy and pretty sure well past their due date. Everything is very old and worn, small rooms.
The location was good across the road from MGM and a 5 min walk to the strip. It was a cheap price which suited our budget well.
