We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaEverything was mostly nice. Just little things. No closet for the wheelchair accessible room, but, assumed they were giving more room. There were pegs on the walls to hang clothes. The door to the room seemed light & did not feel that secure. We were on the 1st Floor.
The location was convenient. The updated decor in the lobby & room was nice. Loved the Waimea Coffee Food Truck.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable room, close to bay and shops / restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby was pretty and relaxing, pool beautiful. We loved the convenience of the coffee truck for breaksfast as we were leaving early in the morning.

United States of AmericaThey attempted to add in all types of hidden charges and fees and were partially successful. I was able to reclaim $148 of the $220 they overcharged me. This was provided begrudgingly and required assistance from Booking.com and my credit card company to get a majority portion back. BEWARE, I provided a detailed accountability of what I was charged and what I should have been charged. In the end it was only $72 more, part of which ($25 plus tax) included an additional night for parking of which I showed proof the rental car was already returned. Still, it boiled down to a matter of principle and the management staff did not have any at this hotel.
Centrally located, room was good but hallways need upgrading.

AustraliaWi fi continually dropped out. Possibly because we were on the 5th floor? Quite noisy as we were on the road side of hotel. One morning groundskeeper started using leaf blower just after 7.30 am. Door swiper needed re programming three times.
When paradise helicopters cancelled our tour with less than 24 hours notice pacific 19 staff went out of their way to get us a ground tour at short notice

United States of AmericaEntry way smelled like the sewer when I walked in. Water dispenser was left with the lid off so there were a few bugs in the water.
Check in was easy and I was able to get my parking pass before the room was available. Parking is $25 which is significantly cheaper compared to all of the other pay to parks close to the pier. This isn't going to be the most luxurious stay of your life but it is also on par with a Holiday Inn type vibe.
