Everything was mostly nice. Just little things. No closet for the wheelchair accessible room, but, assumed they were giving more room. There were pegs on the walls to hang clothes. The door to the room seemed light & did not feel that secure. We were on the 1st Floor.

The location was convenient. The updated decor in the lobby & room was nice. Loved the Waimea Coffee Food Truck.

The pool was closed unexpectedly and that was one of the reasons we selected your place, was to have a pool our last 2 days in Hawaii, so that was disappointing. The rooms should have a microwave.

The room was spacious and clean. I could tell it was recently renovated. The coffee from the food truck they have in their courtyard for breakfast was delicious. And to top it all off, the price was great.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable room, close to bay and shops / restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby was pretty and relaxing, pool beautiful. We loved the convenience of the coffee truck for breaksfast as we were leaving early in the morning.

They attempted to add in all types of hidden charges and fees and were partially successful. I was able to reclaim $148 of the $220 they overcharged me. This was provided begrudgingly and required assistance from Booking.com and my credit card company to get a majority portion back. BEWARE, I provided a detailed accountability of what I was charged and what I should have been charged. In the end it was only $72 more, part of which ($25 plus tax) included an additional night for parking of which I showed proof the rental car was already returned. Still, it boiled down to a matter of principle and the management staff did not have any at this hotel.

A bit cramped and crowded, lacking the spaciousness I had hoped for. However, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Being just steps away from the beach provided us with breathtaking views and easy access to relaxing walks along the shoreline

Wi fi continually dropped out. Possibly because we were on the 5th floor? Quite noisy as we were on the road side of hotel. One morning groundskeeper started using leaf blower just after 7.30 am. Door swiper needed re programming three times.

When paradise helicopters cancelled our tour with less than 24 hours notice pacific 19 staff went out of their way to get us a ground tour at short notice

Entry way smelled like the sewer when I walked in. Water dispenser was left with the lid off so there were a few bugs in the water.

Check in was easy and I was able to get my parking pass before the room was available. Parking is $25 which is significantly cheaper compared to all of the other pay to parks close to the pier. This isn't going to be the most luxurious stay of your life but it is also on par with a Holiday Inn type vibe.

Nicely refurbished into a Boutique hotel, loved the details in the room. Feel good atmosphere makes you want to hang around. Well done! Excellent location, free beach towels and chairs, coffee in the morning.

Didn't like: Pictures online are better than the reality for the rooms & hallway. Dismal hallway (dark & bad color). A/C way too loud. No fan in room. Advertised microwave & beach chairs were never available to us. Added fee for parking.

Liked: the staff, the outdoor space - pool & coffee area, having a balcony, and having a drying rack on the balcony

The staff was exceptional. They were flexible, accommodating, and personable. They provided tips on where to eat and places to visit and served coffee in the morning. They are located near beaches and a variety of restaurants.
