The front desk was stellar. Great location. When the hot tub lost its jets the front desk person went right out and handled it! Small staff =many hats, and they wear them well!

Hot tub was colder than pool and the jets were not on which was disappointing, pool area could have been decorated nicer.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good size. Was nice to have a pool.

No balcony’s.

Liked I could have my dog. Could not nap. So noisy . Every four slamming. Could hear ever conversation. Eoikd not stay there again!! But!!! If someone wax on a budget!?? !

Breakfast option. All it was was these tiny dry muffins & coffee. Needs a couple more options, juice, bagels etc. Room is small. The app claimed a view, the room we got had a view of weeds & a building. The app also claimed 11am-12pm checkout. Not so it's 11am period. Needs to be noon.

I get that they are struggling financially so I am sorry for being so critical. First thing I should say is beware getting double billed. I got there assuming I had paid but they said that I am paying at the hotel. When I said that I can't, suddenly the money went through. The TV kept losing a signal and stopped working. Coffee machine didn't work. Kept turning off. Very little toilet paper. Couldn't find a bar of soap. Bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. A bulb went out near the mini fridge. No towels in pool area. No beach access. (I just think guests should know that ahead of time in case they think they can just start walking into the brambles." Didn't like security window you couldn't even stick your head through. Directions to the pool could have been better. The host says, "you are nearly outside.." She should have said, "go through the exit to the pool entrance." Breakfast is a miniscule muffin. That's it. I already said what I liked. I wish I had got the stay I paid for. Maybe next time?

Pile of cushy pillows on a soft firm bed. The pool and hot tub were actually hot. Beautiful styling throughout. Massive bathroom space. Closet by the front door is convenient. The location is good.

Hot tub was not working. There were not towels at the pool and it took a long time to get them. Breakfast was a huge disapointment.

Our 1st room, the TV wouldn't work, the bathtub faucet wasn't installed correctly, lamp missing light bulb. The 2nd floor has no view except for brush, you shouldn't advertise a view unless it's of the ocean.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Customer service was good.

My comments are not meant to be a deal breaker for anyone wanting to stay.....maybe just to let you know there are a couple easy fixes you can work on. The TV didn't work, and there was a card with instructions...... You had to change the channel on the TV to channel 4, and on the remote go to HDMI 1 or HDMI1. And if it did not work, you could call the staff for support. That was kind of crappy that in this day and age, they don't have working TV's. I made comment to the gentleman checking me out of my room, and he said they were going to be upgrading to smart TV's......maybe that will fix it. One other little thing is that they did not have an alarm clock in the room.....nice to be able to see what time it is, in the middle of the night. The first day at 8:00 am they did not have any coffee in the carafe, and they had only about three "poor" looking little muffin bites. I think they could at least keep the coffee attended, and if you aren't going to really have any morning treats, don't have any.....not just a few "crappy looking ones that have been picked through. Again, in the end this is not a deal breaker for me, in that the cost was a total plus!!!!!! For what I "got", it was a great, great value!!!!!! I just think (as and FYI) there are a few things they could improve on. I will stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

It was a big room, comfortable bed, clean and best of all, very affordable!!!!! Great value for the money.

There was nothing I didn't like about this spot. However, things could always be better in any scenario. If they offered some type of room service or had more food available until midnight that would be awesome. There was a restroom attached to this location but I did not visit it so perhaps that will be opening soon in the future.

It was actually a very beautiful location. You can tell the property may have just been purchased so they are just getting started on really establishing this place. It was peaceful. Clean. The ladies who work there are very professional and really care about their job and where they live. I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to share this location with those I love.
