Everything!! First and foremost, the Staff are AMAZING! They are so friendly and accommodating! This hotel has a 5 star resort-like feel, and every single person goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and exceptional! They have everything you need and more! Beach chairs, towels, bikes, secure parking, room service, poolside service, with guest laundry services and robes! I loved the convenience of charging everything to the room! The beds and pillows are really comfortable. There is both AC and a ceiling fan. They offer 2 large complimentary bottles of water, which was nice! The food from their partnered restaurant was awesome! Great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and surfers every evening!

The only thing I would like to see if free laundry facilities. For the cost of the rooms, that is not much to ask. It is ridiculous to get quarters to do laundry. I don’t have any issue with buying soap, but please no coin operated machines. That is tacky.

Location, location, location! The rooms are wonderful! We stayed in 2 different rooms because we extended our stay. The pool area is lovely and we just loved it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return.

In the dining room was a bit small but I guess visitors go out and eat as so many restaurants to choose from.

The staff was amazing, so friendly! The location was perfect, we liked walking everywhere we could! The view was spectacular and the room super comfy. A lot of extra touches from housekeeping were impressive. Love the laid back vibe that fits in perfect with a vacation at the beach!

Parking is exorbitant but as an alternative in the off-season there is safe parking on nearby residential streets. Otherwise, all good!

Location was great, staff was super helpful and friendly, good people. We had a family suite with 2 rooms so that one person could go to bed while the others stayed up. Very nice facility. You can borrow a bike for free and ride on the boardwalk. Nice hot tub in the common area, and the hotel provides robes and towels. Remarkably delicious cookies at check-in.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. Great beginner/intermediate surf right out the hotel, and beach chairs and umbrellas available for borrowing. We loved the pool, it was the warmest pool I've ever been in for a winter trip! Pacific Beach was a lovely area with lots of good restaurants. We highly recommend this property!
