Location of the room was facing the street and too far away from elevator.

Check in late in the evening was pleasant, staff was friendly. With elevator and 2-3 staircases easy access to and from the ground floor.

Very poor sound insulation. The guests above me were stomping around and noisy late at night. Staff were good enough to move me to a top floor room. If you stay here ask to stay on the top floor.

The stairwell and hallway carpeting desperately need replacement- very dirty and worn, ripped in places. Also I asked 3-4 times if we could upgrade to Oceanside top floor room during our 4 nite stay. They assured me I would be notified when ( after the weekend) one would be available. It never happened and I know after Sun several were available. Also, our room was only cleaned once and we had to call front desk several times to Inquire about cleaning as well as shagging down the cleaning lady in hall for extra towels, coffee cups. All very frustrating. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday. This was kind of annoying to come back to our room and find it hadn’t been cleaned even by 6;00 at nite! The manager did not charge us for parking for 4 days so that was some compensation! We loved Pacifica, but probably would not stay here again in the future…

First room, very clean and nice, could not get tv to work, asked office staff, who was very nice, but she had no idea how to help us, so she just moved us to an upgraded room with a view of ocean. (Still another hotel between this one and beach.) Second room, also clean and nice, tv worked, but broken fixtures in bathroom (tp holder completely broken and partially hanging on wall, shower rod had been fixed at some point cuz didn’t bother to remove old pieces. Also, windows were quite dirty, so had to open them for a decent pic of ocean in distance.

At 6 AM, that was usually a loud delivery truck parked beneath our window that woke me up.

I loved that when I got to my room I felt like I was already inside a building. It was lots of counterspace. There was a fridge on microwave and a TV with many different channels. The ocean view was amazing. The pillows were soft. We were within walking distance of the beach and many shops restaurant and farmers market on Wednesdays from 2 to 6 PM as well as a coffee shop. That was really excellent! I also loved walking over the hill to see the other Large Long Beach. Rockaway Beach was amazing.

We paid extra for an ocean view room. However, I would say it was more like a partial view because the buildings in front covered the view( we were next to the elevator). Also, the room and elevator could use more dusting and detail cleaning.

Mattress and pillows past their life cycle.

Ariel was extremely helpful in rearranging my suite assignment to ensure I had WiFi and a comfortable room. She was genuinely courteous and customer service driven. Deep was professional, friendly and prompt with his follow up on the TV issue. Great staff.

Dirty stain towels and being woke up by pans being dropped restaurant behind hotel washing baking pans in the parking lot at 7:00 in the morning

Area is pretty dark at night and has an uneasy feeling when walking to and from your vehicle. If you don't like the sound of loud waves it's probably not the one for you since it's about a few feet from the Ocean.

Staff was wonderful and very attentive. Room was really great especially with the ocean view!

Room 204 has a leak in bathroom. Flooring came up with shoes. Price was okay but a bit high for this room
