It would have been nice to have some bottled water or a jug of water and some glasses available in the room. There were not many options locally to go out for dinner.

The breakfast was serve yourself with options available on the counter and in the fridge. The kitchen was very well equipped and lovely with a view out to the grounds and river. The decor everywhere in the house was exceptional and pottery mugs were some of the nicest I have seen. The entire house was extremely clean.

Lovely, comfortable house, close to Fallingwater (the reason for our trip). Although this is listed as a whole house, you are booking a B&B room. You share the large kitchen and sitting room with other guests. We had a great evening chatting with the people staying in the other rooms. Breakfast was set up for us to enjoy when it suited us. The trains pass very close by the property but didn't disturb us at night, thanks to the earplugs provided. If you are staying out of the main season, I'd advise bringing some food and drink with you, as there aren't many shops or restaurants/bars nearby.

Just a little more coffee! Sorry to harp on this, but a warm cup by the riverside...

The location was amazing, Dan and Robin were available and responsive. We stayed just 2 nights and wished there was just a little more coffee for our short stay. It was such a delight to sit on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The area this time of year, May, was magnificent. Little traffic on the backroads with lots of beautiful vistas.

A really special location next to the river in a beautiful glade. Lovely walks close to hand and a friendly town, Confluence, close by. The room was very comfortable and the dining room, kitchen and lounge were perfect for our needs.

There are train tracks very, very close, so the noise from them was loud. I did not see the earplugs that were provided until I was leaving. I recommend adding information in the room.

This is our second stay here within 30 days. Robin and Dan make you feel right at home with a warm welcome and are very accommodating. The house is immaculate, our bedroom was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The family room has a great fireplace where we enjoyed a bottle of champagne. It is secluded where you can enjoy nature and removes the worries of the hustle and bustle of life.

Very cozy place by the river, very relaxing and clean. The kitchen was complete and breakfast was great. We were happy to meet Dan- he was so helpful and so interesting to converse with.

the railroad is very close. trains drive by every hour and they are loud. we noticed no trains between midnight and 6am. also note that you are renting a room in a house, like a b&b. it is spacious and we had a bathroom to ourselves but you are not renting the whole house. porch, kitchen and common areas are shared.

the house is very clean, cosy, and spacious. our 2 kids had the whole attic to themselves! hosts are generous and kind. the fridge was filled with all we needed for breakfast. the garden is great as is the view of the river. the firepot completes it.

Dan and Robin are great owners! So friendly and helpful. The house is very clean and well stocked. We loved the outdoor fire pit area. It is located in a very convenient area. We can’t wait to plan another trip there in the fall!
