Didn't know their was no elevator we were on the 3rd floor my wife has severe back problems and could barely get to our room.

I wish the carpets in the rooms were replaced with tiles.

The hotel is small but very well organized. The floors have balconies with sea views, which compensates for the lack of balconies in the rooms. The area around the pool overlooking the sea is covered with tiles and there are many tables and sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy the sea view. Excellent combination of price and quality of service and hotel location

This is not the hotel's issue, but the beach in Treasure Island is very "long." It was about 1000 steps round trip from our room to the ocean. I didn't mind the exercise, but something to note for people with limited mobility.

Great location. Dated, but very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great value for what we paid and we would stay here again. Fresh beach towels were stocked and there was no strict check-out system or hefty fees for the towels that I've experienced at other similar hotels. All of the staff members were very nice and accommodating. Everyone staying there was also nice and respectful- it was mostly quiet after 9 or 10PM - which is unusual for a beach hotel.

No restroom round pool so had to walk up to room on third floor to use the bathroom. Next time I will request a room on a lower floor. There is no elevator.

Location right on the beachfront. The staff, Coffee in the reception, the friendliness of the other guests. Close to Supermarket and places to eat. Nice terrace on the third floor, which was close to my room. I arrived when it was dark. I thought the room was just OK until the morning and got those views from several windows. The rooms were very bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Not modern, but full of Florida charm. This was a last minute getaway and the hotel I usually stay at wasn't available. Page Terrace would now be my first choice now.

The location was wonderful, the beach was right behind the property, and both times I stayed here I had a gulf view! I stayed in January and came back in February because it was so clean and the views were incredible.

The only thing we didn't love was the weather, and that is not within their control.

The location of the Page Terrace cannot be beat. Along the beachfront and town beach promenade, it was easy to get to the beach and the nearby Treasure Island amenities. This was our first trip to the Sun Coast without renting a car, but the uber ride from the airport was easy and inexpensive, the hotel is very conveniently located near a Publix and a Walgreens, as well as many good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was immaculately clean, the owners and staff very professional and friendly, and for the "mom-and-pop" old style Florida hotel with kitchenettes, this place is great. We appreciated that overall, Treasure Island has kept the big chains away from the beachfront lodging and enjoyed our time at the Page Terrace. It was also quite fun to meet repeat guests who have been going there for years.

I did not see elevator. If you have mobility issues ask to be in the first floor.

It is a very good hotel well clean and with some very good maintenance being done. Room has enough space and it is very close to the sand. The beach is also very beautiful. We were lucky to see sand statues in front the hotel.

Parking was a little tight, but it was Free.

Couldn’t get a better location straight out from the pool onto the beach .plenty of sun loungers at the pool overlooking the promenade just to sit and watch the world go by
