Bathroom was dirty maybe forgot to clean it

The elevator smelt like some one urinated in it. There wasn’t much for breakfast.

The lobby was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room that's described is not the room we received. Made note of that and nothing was really ever done about it. That was frustrating.

Breakfast ended at 9 and we were really hungry. We arrived late and I felt disappointed that we missed it.

Big spacious rooms and lovely clean beds. I felt it was a fantastic bargain for what we paid.

Staff were rude threaded to kick us out because our family guest didn't leave cause your not allowed any guests.and she kept treating my wife with rude comments. very disrespectful to her for no reason.will never stay there again..nor will my friends .also my wife is a manager for crown plaza they are worth staying at .treat you well there. Stay away from cortel cop callers and liars. Toom my deposit too.

The ad promised a reclining sofa. It turns out they don't have them anymore. The only seating was a broken down chair that was way too soft to sit on for very long.

Breakfast was very limited. Just some toast and waffles.

The continental breakfast offering was toast...that's it. Being diabetic and not being able to eat bread made it a problem for me. The bathroom fixtures and bedding were adequately clean, but the entire room tile floor was filthy and hadn't seen a mop in a long time, or at least not before I rented the room. I hand washed the floor myself with towels from the bathroom and they were black when I finished. The up side, it wasn't gross carpet.

The room was comfortable enough, big enough and quiet. Having a kitchen was a real bonus. They allowed my two little Yorkie dogs for $50 a night, which was a little steep in my opinion, but it was nice to be able to have them with me for this trip.

spiders( killed two small ones) another made home under sink which you could see it when sitting on toilet or in the shower. the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom (previous tenant hair in shower). Breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. They provided half a bagel, 2 peices of white bread, 1 slice of wheat bread, a toaster, coffee with mini cups, no orange juice. I let the family of four go ahead. Shameful.

I had never heard of a $100 CASH deposit at a hotel until I stayed here. I don't generally carry that amount of cash; and didn't have that. The hotel did allow me to put a $60 cash deposit down which I got back upon checkout. Strange policy. Not sure why they couldn't and wouldn't put the deposit as a hold on a credit card.

Clean, and comfy. Value was good.

The hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. Put in very fine print on bottom of reservation. In addition to having your CC information and photo copying your Drivers License. I have had front desk ask to see ID, not usually keep your personal information on a photo copy. Front desk wasn't very friendly nor helpful. Did not explain Wi-Fi, where my room was, when breakfast was, ask if there was anything else they could help me with, no...enjoy your stay or Thank-Yous. Will not stay here again. Not customer friendly at all.

Sink out by the fridge didn't work at all. The floors were dirty..really dirty. Had to wear shoes or slippers or your feet would be filthy. Half the lights in the bathroom were burnt out. Just lots of little stuff. Room was comfortable enough despite the issues. Breakfast was lame! No decaf..no apple or orange juice and old bread..both days. It snowed a lot Friday night and nobody scooped in front of the door the whole weekend. They did plow the parking lot a bit but never under the front door drive up.

Location was good. Check in was pretty simple. They ask for a 100$ deposit in cash which is apparently in the tiny fine print. No big deal but I didn't see it so was unaware prior to arrival.

It's not what they advertised in the pictures my room was nothing similar to what they showed the room to be. The breakfast if you can even called it that was bagels and bread and the machines for the coffee and juices weren't all working.

The lady at the front desk was nice and it's a quite zone.

There was no carpeting on the floor (which made the room feel cold), the lighting options in the room were garish and inconvenient and it required something like witchcraft and 3 remotes to work the TV. The breakfast was minimal and they didn't even offer coffee creamer.

The bathroom was light and clean and the kitchenette area was nice. Vending machines were reasonably priced and most were working.

Got a room and go to pre inspect the room it wasn't clean; there is noodle cup on the kitchen counter, and bed was not change out yet. And was assign to another room which is smaller then the one I booked for.

All rooms have a kitchen area for cooking meals.
