Beautiful gulf front balcony. Condo was nice. Facility staff friendly. It's close to restaurants and shopping. Great location.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pools, one lap which is heated. Also a hot tub which was actually hot Great value, great time. I would stay again.

Actually everything was great. One thing if possible it was hard to see the name of the hotel if you were out until dark.

I cooked breakfast every morning, too many of us to eat out every morning. The location was excellent.

Maintenance man came into the condo (after knocking and not getting a response) and found us on the balcony eating breakfast, scared me half to death he we stuck his head out the door and said "HELLO"! Said he was knocking but we couldn't hear him. I think a note could have been left OR a phone call would have been better with a voice message stating, I'm here at the door. He did fix the door and was wonderful! We thanked him and talked about how dirty the hot tub was that was just then emptied and refilled. I realize it is not my property and anyone could enter at any time but it did give us a startle. I'm so thankful that I was dressed!

The only issue was the unit below us smoked on balcony daily and we could not go on our balcony due to smoke. My wife has asthma and really impacted her the first day. We called and they said they are owners and can do what they want.

Having to wait for room to be ready. Parking, we had family come in from all over and we didn’t have enough parking spaces or passes. The refrigerator was leaking, we called for someone to come look at and no one came. The Queen bed was not comfortable as the railing kept on coming apart. Couldn’t find lids to fit pots. Need more kitchen towels.

It was very easy to get to. Not far of a walk to get to beach and chairs and umbrella were very useful. Convenient to go to stores. Keyless entry. Loved the 3 full bathrooms.

Very Dirty!! I was disappointed but didn’t book until last minute and had a bad feeling because of the price. It was definitely the dirtiest condo I’ve ever stayed in. Not only the room but hallways and elevators outside the room. I had to buy some beach towels just to lay on the chairs and couches before I would even sit on any of them. Took a quilt and pillow for the car ride and boy am I glad I had those to put on the bed at night! On the positive side the Housecleaner and maintenance men were very nice (they were there when we arrived fixing plumbing issues). Again not a good feeling when After check in time they were in our room. Coffee pot was nasty. Had to wash before even considering using it! It was just hard to feel comfortable when the unit was so dirty. The owners need to do a complete makeover. From painting entire unit along with some new furniture and may be just have a deep cleaning done. Just washing or dry cleaning the drapes and shower curtain would help. Again you get what you pay!

The beach umbrellas were very close to the walk over and made it so convenient (didn’t have to walk a mile in the thick sand to get to our chairs!). Also the young adults operating the beach umbrella rentals were very accommodating to our needs. I appreciated that so very much.

I had put in for 5 adults and thought we was getting 5 real beds but one had to sleep on the couch the pull out was terrible. The smoke detector screwed up when we got there I had to unplug it myself. Guy came the next day. One elevator was screwed up when we arrived took 30 mins to get to our room. The front door wouldn’t take code on second night us and other’s pried the door open to get in. New to be updated over all. The two beach chairs should be saved for each room each day. We did not have any chairs our first day. I had to more less beg for us to get 2 chairs. And there was 5 of us.

Very clean! Great location near great restaurants. The beach was within steps of the condo. Our kids had a blast and loved their own room. Plenty of space and gorgeous views from the balcony. The staff was nice and helpful.
