Very Poor breakfasts for a hotel of this class.

Cleanliness, decor, atmosphere, location. The hotel is so beautiful and stylish that it doesn't fit in with the neighborhood.

Upon having to check out front desk unkeyed my card, so I had to ask for deactivation to gather my belongings

Checked in late the night before.Wanted to eat breakfast but was kicked out before I could and was told that they would give me 30 minutes to get my stuff.Valet, bartender, and front desk check in was absolutely great’

The location was very convenient to Hollywood Blvd. The room was clean and very well decorated.

Not much public space in the hotel. Ordering coffee and breakfast was a strange experience in the lobby. Overexposed, no understanding of the process, either.

Such a cute hotel, feels a little like a motel. Gorgeous entrance and clean and simple rooms.

The walls & ceilings are on the thin side because we could hear other guests during our stay which made for an unsettled sleep. Perhaps we were just unlucky. At the room price we would have expected a bottle water each day free instead of $7 charge if you open the water that’s available. All our 5 previous hotels in California provided free water.

Good location for Hollywood Boulevard, Chinese theatre etc. Big Bus tours and public transport links. Decent pool area for party people. Spacious rooms. Former motor hotel lodge which has been tastefully modernised but retains its heritage.

The walls are quite thin so noise from outside or from other rooms can be heard easily. Only valet parking is available so the price is very high, however this is stated prior to booking and it is expected given the location.

Exceptional staff; very friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival we found that there was an issue with the tv. Maintanence arrived promptly and could not resolve the issue, however the front desk quickly offered to move our room and we were delighted to find that we were offered a much larger corner balcony room. This was very appreciated and is just one example of the great staff. I also need to acknowledge the pool attendants and bar staff as they were excellent.

Our room location was noisy through the night. No snacks are available at the bar. No hair dryer.

Loved the pool area with music playing. Bed was really comfy. Staff were friendly. Good location.

There was no low fat milk available for coffee which was a bit strange as they had oat milk. Location ok but had to uber everywhere - neighbourhood felt a little unsafe to go walking.

Comfortable rooms, well appointed with soft towels. Housekeeping very good. Clean bathrooms. Lovely staff.

I experienced a lot of outside noise while I was in my room--footsteps above and on a staircase nearby, voices and doors closing loudly outside my room.

There's nothing not to like about this cute little hotel. On my wishlist though, it would be great to have a shower available for guests checked out but with late flights out of LAX.

Hotel is so aesthetically pleasing. Loved Interior design of this hotel, it was so vibes and fun. Makes you feel like you are somewhere tropical. Location was good - we hired a car to get around as things are not exactly walking distance from this hotel. Room was nice and spacious - however small shower and toilet area. Would for sure recommend this hotel.

The first room that we were allocated was very small and had no windows . Had too pay extra for an upgrade as we felt so claustrophobic in the first room .

Staff very good , gave us good directions for local bars.

The only 2 things that were challenging were that the room was quite small and the windows out to the hall meant we couldn’t have any daylight (without anyone in the hall seeing right into the room). Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room so it worked out for us but in the morning we missed natural light. W

Hi, the staff was terrific; helpful and friendly. The hotel is sweet and if I stay there again I will bring my swim suit! The room was very clean and loved getting to wear the robe.

The rooms are a bit odd? The bathroom vanities are next to the bed in the actual bedroom (not bathroom) and the toilet and shower are together. It’s a bit awkward going to the toilet in the middle of the night and waking your partner up washing your hands. Similarly, the bathroom door was ribbed glass which didn’t provide much privacy, and allowed light to spill out when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Seems small but probably wouldn’t stay there again for that reason unless I was alone

There is no spoiling water machine, no free bottle water, no desk, but the extra resort fee after the price.

All the design of the hotel are good. Service is good and people are nice there. Every details in the hotel are very good. View is beautiful from the balcony. WiFi is good too.

If you have a room in the ground floor you will probably hear the steps and the running shower water from your neighbors upstairs.

We checked in very late, Derek at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic and the hotel itself is super cozy with beautiful interior details which makes your stay even more comfortable. The cleaning ladies were always doing a great job.

The customer service from receptionist was extremely poor, in comparison to other Palihotels we stayed in - this one felt like it didn’t receive any training (no understanding that their main duty is to be nice, polite and helpful to guests).

Excellent attention to detail when it comes to it erupt design, very clean and great location
