Charming remodel of older style motel. Basic and comfortable with many upscale finishes. Location on Gulf To Bay was great advantage, of course with traffic noise. Bed and bath were very nice. This was a totally "contactless" accommodation with text, email, and code to enter room. I never did meet hosts, but they responded within minutes to any question.

I hate absentee landlords. They are trying to run a business that deals with the public without dealing with the public. No one on site. Had to call to get code, email password, etc. Plus they only have Roku tv. That is a cheapskate's solution. I want actual cable tv to see live sports etc. On a noisy road. Curtains didn't really cut it. A bit pricy for what they supply. And I think I received a huge discount from booking. Hot water tok a long time to arrive.

It was refurbed tastefully. Gave you water. They picked up the phone to answer questions. Had usb plugs.

I had a hard time getting the door to open with the lock system in place. Better instructions were needed. To get the screen to come on I had to touch it causing it to apply an incorrect number. It took quite awhile to figure out I needed to first click the x before adding the needed numbers of my passcode. I was so worried about getting in I would place the mat on the doorstep to keep the door open when I retrieved item from my car.

The property was in a good location and easy to find and get to. The room had been totally redone with new fixtures and toilet, sink and shower enclosure. The bed linens were new. Parking was right by my room.

We booked two rooms we were traveling with our elderly parents both TVs were not working there was no staff to talk to just text We couldn’t get it fixed or changed. They kept texting they would send housekeeping but no one came until the night before we were leaving and both TVs still didn’t work when they left and when we left in the morning !

I had high expectation for this renovated motel. Pictures displayed some kitchenware and utensils (like plates, forks, etc). In reality, it was all missing. There were only a microwave and a coffee machine. So, we weren't able to cook a proper dinner and had to eat some fast food. There wasn't even a table to sit at to have food. On top of that, TV wasn't working. No staff was present at the facility, so I was in touch via a Booking chat with a representative to try to fix TV in the room. I wasted the entire evening and still was not able to make it work. All I got was a "sorry" and that "the housekeeping will check the issue with the TV by tomorrow", but we were there for one night, so tomorrow was already late. I told them not to bother. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Very good hotel. We were very satisfied. Everything is absolutely new. Very good repair. New mattresses. New blankets, pillows, good new air conditioner. There is a refrigerator, a large TV with YouTube. Pleasant smell. Very pleasant atmosphere. There were even beach towels in the locker. There is a game room with billiards and slot machines. In general, the hotel can be given 4 stars. Very satisfied. Highly recommend. If I ever stay in Clearwater again, then 100% I will stay here. Safe.Clean. I honestly do not have a negative thing to say.

I was a solo traveler so the standard studio room was perfect for me. Customer Service was punctual and fast, very friendly, The location was great, did not matter what direction I went it was convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast, I had a small fridge, AC was super cold, being in Florida, this was great. There is a laundry room and game room on site, I did not use during this stay. Overall, this is one of my favorite properties I have visited so far coming to Clearwater. I highly recommend staying here and I will be back soon! Thank you again.

Door key pad was not easy to access as it doesn’t light up until you touch it causing a incorrect entry. No microwave in room have to go to game room to use one. Not a big issue but it’s convenient. Not enough lighting or a pathway to the game room and cars are parked along the way.

The room was very clean. Appeared to be newly remodeled with all new fixtures in bathroom. Bedding was new, soft and very comfortable. Bed slept very well. Clean property. Parking next to room was a plus for me.

There were no garbage bags in the trash containers. Luckily, we had one in our car. The kitchen could have had a little more items. Not much coffee. Had to go out to get some. Other than those inconveniences, it was great!

The room was nice. Only stayed one night. Would have stayed longer. Would return.
