The building seems a bit old, Plumbing issues in bathroom, sliding door so old you could barely close it. Closets doors look like they were hung by the 3 stooges.The bed was soft but the pillows were hard? That's unusual normally hotels seem to have pillows that squish down to nothing, these kept my head higher than desired and pretty uncomfortable.

The rooms are a little tired looking, especially the bathroom, and not very spacious. We stayed for almost a week and we struggled making it comfortable in the evening time after a day out exploring. The beds are also a bit too hard.

The location is very good, close to two supermarkets and places to eat and drink close by. We enjoyed the happy hour at Eureka. Breakfast was included and pretty good standard, with fresh fruit every day and a cooked breakfast if you wanted. Good value for money

The breakfast at this property is the best. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, I always try to find a hotel with a breakfast. The made-to-order hot breakfast here is easily the best I’ve ever seen.

The electric outlets need updated. You plug in your charger and it just falls out. Had to unplug coffee maker and use that one or the one in the bathroom.

they were resurfacing the front parking lot during our stay so in order to get to the main lobby area you had to go off the paths through the rocks on the street side. they could have placed a paver walkway through those bushes to make it easier for guests to navigate, what was their looked like the remains of a prior pathway but it was unusable.

the breakfast was great everyday, the pool was very comfortable, the spa lacked the bubble jets you would expect, the room was clean, quiet and spacious. The overall staff was very courteous and happy all of the time and always took care of our needs right away.

Pool area was great - clean and well Maintained - poolside towels provided - great if you are travelling light. Pool view rooms were quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable - breakfast was great with chef prepared hot food and good selection of breakfast items.

The room is a little dark and the bed had gotten very soft like there was a ditch in the mattress both of them had it. The price is a little too much, one of the most expensive hotels i stayed at during my trip and it was not the best one.

The location is perfect, right at the palm desert main road. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance and about 20 minutes drive to joshua tree park south entrance. The staff was great, really nice lady’s! I arrived early and let me check inn with no issue’s
